The salon only has one sink so when I was getting my hair rinsed and color added, the other lady needed to use the sink to rinse out coloring solution so I was removed from the sink to stand until she had her client rised out then when she finished then I was able to sit at the sink to get finished . I got framing highlights so just highlights around my face and I got a trim plus she did run a hair straightener in a few places and all that cost me was 125.00 dollars. I've been charged less at many other salons and I usually get all over highlights. This place is not transparent with their prices. I did like the haircut but I do think the highlights was a little heavy for my taste but I didn't clarify how thin I wanted the highlights so that's my fault. I wish I would of asked the price before I went in person..... I personally think I would of gotten a more reasonable price over the phone.

He completely disregarded my request for a trim because he didn't want to do a fade. Then he went on to cut my hair too short while talking and making jokes about me to another employee. They spoke about me in spanish thinking I wouldn't understand. Completely unprofessional. If you book an appointment, definitely book it with the new guy ( I think his name is Jose) . He only recently started, but he is the only reason I go back every two weeks. He treats me like a regular and is the best barber.

She had a bewildered look on her face and said "uh I dunno prolly gonna be awhile" and continued cutting her customers hair. After about another 5 minutes another hair stylist actually came to the counter to speak with me. I told her the same thing that I told the first lady. Here for a walk in just called. She had a look on her face that screamed OMG IM OVERWHELMED. She rolled her eyes for a few seconds and made weird sounds with her mouth and you could tell she perplexed by this situation. Finally she says "well it'll be 45 minutes to an hour before anyone can help you. I said you have got to be kidding I just called you and you said come on in. She claimed that when I called there was nobody in the salon. So these folks have two stylist to handle that business, in a Walmart store where there immense foot traffic? Ok. I'll never go back and it's u fortunate cuz I tip like 10-12 bucks for a damn military type haircut and doesn't require a talented barber to cut my hair. If you own this salon and happen to read this review, I urge you to speak with your people about properly dealing with customers. After all, they pay your damn bills. Update. So I get a response from this company. They give me an email to contact them so they can "make things right" and immediately my email client says it's an invalid email address. I went ahead and sent off the message anyway and as yet have received no reply to that email. I don't know. At this point I don't think I'd trust these people to cut my hair.
