Silver Rose Emotions is a flower shop that I have been using for as long as I can remember, at least 30 years, and they never disappoint! The flowers are unique, one-of-a-kind and done in the most beautiful ways I have ever seen! Not only that, they are very conscience of asking whether you have pets, and they advise you on how to water the flowers and keep them lasting longer. The service is always top notch! My only wish is that a floral shop like this existed in other cities where I sent flowers. We are very lucky to have such talented florists here in Moncton! read more

Massive miss for Silver Rose Florist in Moncton. Ordered an orchid corsage and a Cala lily boutonnière for prom today. Specifically told the lady that I DO NOT want roses. With the design and decoration of it she had full reign. Just make it beautiful and money is no object. She explained how she will hot glue gems to the ribbon and will make it beautiful. Went to pick up and what do I get? ROSES FOR BOTH! No apology nothing. She said. You told me I can whatever based on the picture of the dress. I said ya. But I specifically told you the flowers I wanted! Told me to come back in a hour. Went back, got the right flowers but nothing special at all. The ribbon was frayed and I had to cut a bunch of thread off of it. They shoved the "diamonds" in the flower. Not glued on the material as she said it would be. Ran into another dad there that had to wait because they have his order to someone else!!! Got home and notice. They didn't even include a pin for the corsage. So now we are spending time running around trying to find corsage pins. And before any keyboard warrior want to attack ME. Let's get this straight. If you have a business. Deliver what you promised. And if you can't handle the amount of orders, then know your cut off on amounts of orders you can/should take. Worst thing of all. When I did go back to pick it up, there was no apology. Nothing. I was ignored by the rude one I originally spoke to. Horrible. Will NEVER use this company ever. If they messed this simple request. Imagine a bigger event!!! read more

I just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you Silver Rose for the beautiful arrangement that I sent my Mom for her birthday! I live in Shediac and ran across your website after searching on Yahoo for a local florist. I read your customer testimonials and knew right away that I was choosing one of the best florists in Greater Moncton.When I went to visit I quickly found your arrangements to be very bright, gorgeous and creative so I decided on a bouquet because of the blue vase and flowers.......which happen to be my Mom's favorite color ! I placed the order when you opened at 9.00 am and my mom called me at 11.32 am and said that she loved the flowers as they were "breathtakingly gorgeous", she just sent a picture and I have to agree they just might be prettier than the picture on your site!! Thank you Jamie,Traska & Adrienne for providing such beautiful flowers and down home friendly service & the feeling that you cared in such a timely manner and making my Mom's birthday special. I had Silver Rose create flowers for my recent wedding and could not have been more disappointed with the results. Although our initial consultation with them went very well, unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The flowers were not to the specifications I had asked for nor what had been promised. They used a lot of fake flowers although I had been promised real and and took it upon themselves to add sheer fabric even though this was never discussed with me. The stems were uneven lengths and much longer than requested. My mother was left trying to find wire cutters an hour before my wedding to fix this. As well, I had asked for small silver vintage pins to be added to my bouquet and hairpiece but instead they added large gold pins that didn't match my silver jewelry at all. Perhaps what was most upsetting and disappointing was the attitude I received from the owner in the days following my wedding. I had requested a full refund given the mistakes that were made and for causing a lot of extra stress on the day of my wedding (my maid of honor actually had to go to the store for over an hour herself in the hours leading up to the ceremony to try and get everything fixed) however they would not agree to this and would not admit to the mistakes that had been made. In the end after many emails and photo documentation of what had been initially promised, they offered us a small discount but I still wasn't satisfied. I will never be using their services again and wouldn't recommend Silver Rose to any future brides. Save yourself the hassle, stress, and upset, and go elsewhere! read more
