Nick is very friendly and helpful and his crew is just as much! I can't say enough about the maintenance team they are absolutely amazing!!!! I love that they give referral bonuses to current residents. If you need a place tell them Kari M sent you!!! OK so you're thinking is there only good things? The only downside I would say is that the grass from time to time doesn't get watered enough. And if your doggie your urinates on the grass in front of your place you want to make sure to use water to dilute it otherwise there's patches and they will make you replace it. When it's not Covid time they also have fun community events and the new fire pit/barbque gathering area is really pretty! Did I mention Kirjway is pet friendly? If you have a furry companion they welcome you with open arms! Just make sure you take good care of your pets, use common sense and clean up after them, and treat the townhomes like they were your own home (clean up pet accidents quickly, vaccinate pet, keep on leash, etc) and you won't have any issues. The dog park was expanded and has new doggie play things. They also have a pretty awesome pool and gym area too!!! If it wasn't for my out-of-state move I'd still be living here it's amazing stress-free living! Highly recommend..

They take the phone calls but do not respond to the site of the problem; at least when it comes to violations of the property's noise policy. This has occurred numerous times. The water heaters are very old...more than 25 years...and there is only one per 12 units. Because of the age, it takes longer to get hot water and more water is wasted getting it. Residents pay an additional $15 a month, per occupant, for water. Maintenance is slow to respond and often takes a second phone call to remind staff of the issue(s). The drive (Ridgebend Dr.) leading to the property is eroding, with three large areas that started as small potholes but as winter progresses, will surely get larger and deeper. The rent is reasonable but may soon go up with each lease renewal. The property management company is in the process of adding low maintenance siding to every building, giving a much needed face lift.

Worst association I have ever dealt with. They ticket some cars for parking in the street and not…read moreothers. The lady working in the office literally spends her day walking the grounds checking license plates to see if you live here and are parked on the street so she can write a ticket. It's sad really. The grass gets cut every Thursday with clippings all over your patio and the snow barely gets plowed and they defiantly do not shovel or salt around your car. I'm not sure what my association fee exactly goes for because these people are horrible.
