everything was great, super kind and responsive. i had a large crack in my macbook screen and it is…read morenow fixed with no problems. additionally super affordable as far as tech repairs go. however, there is one small problem, once i received my laptop back, it wouldn't stay closed, and i noticed that the top shell of the macbook had been replaced with a different shell with the apple logo completely scratched up. i think this might have affected the magnet closure. I would have preferred being told prior to the replacement about this, however i am still very happy with my repair. my laptop is constantly being used as i am a college student, and i can now see the whole screen so overall very happy.
