I haven't been to Silver City in almost 7-8 years. I decided to stop by for some "fine dining" and entertainment. The waitress I was introduced to was very accommodating and polite. She is the only positive experience of this "Rick's Cabaret" franchise. I was debating on what to eat and drink and was unsure if I wanted wine by the glass or bottle. I decided on a $7.95 glass of Pinot Grigio but 5 minutes later was told it was not available. Then I decided on the $60 bottle of Pinot Grigio (different brand). 10 minutes later I was told that was not available. During the drink debacle I had ordered their southwest egg roles as an appetizer. By the time those arrived I had finally received your standard Chardonnay from behind the bar. As I about to enjoy my appetizers I was met with disappointment upon my first bite. They were cooked on the outside and cold in the middle. Letting me know that these are your standard froze gas station egg rolls. I sent them back. Now I ordered the stuffed jalapeño skins. By the time they arrived I was half way thru my first glass of Chardonnay and crawling with hunger; for I slept all day and had not eaten. And I was introduced to disappointment #5. As you can see from the BBQ jalapeño skins they were doused in BBQ sauce. I mean can I get some poppers with this BBQ sauce. The plus side is... they were hot and cooked but the porker felt like stringed cheese. Is there such thing as imitation pork? Sad to say... I had one and I was done. As far as the entertainment provided I wasn't to impressed with the lineup on a Friday night and was approached by a very drunk Asian and 2 Cuban women who didn't even introduce themselves and just went for the "Do you want a dance" ‍! Not to mention the entertainers you want are the ones sitting at tables by themselves and looking into their phones as I type this. Guess they feel they should be approached or probably setting up there after work money. Overall, I know this is a gentleman's club. But I've been to worse with better food. And I have been to equal if not better establishments owned by the same company with a far better food selection. It's just sad that a club and a fast food restaurant have so much in common. My wife and I arrived Saturday evening about 0630. We were the only patrons there. There were no dancers. We did order some very expensive drinks, a Makers Mark (with light rocks) and a double Hennessey with light rocks and a can of Red Bull for my wife (which the lady behind the bar screwed up and poured the Red Bull into the double Hennessey). The bill for these was over $50.00. Extremely pricey. We waited patiently sipping on our drinks for about 45 minutes. Still no dancers. We left and went to another club. We will not be back. I visited Silver City Cabaret even after reading multiple bad reviews. Unfortunately, a one-star rating is appropriate for this establishment. The door lady was polite and friendly. I walked in planning to have a drink and assess the situation. I didn't have time to walk to my table before I was approached by a blonde girl (I forgot her name) aggressively pushing the VIP room on me. I sat down and purchased a drink for the blonde and myself. She was cute, and I understand dancers are there to make money. I declined going to the VIP but agreed to a dance. She said that dances are three for $100 and that I needed to pay her before we go. I thought that was a little weird, but whatever. I told her that three dances were cool with me, and we headed back to a separate room. It's at this point that I realized that this girl was pretty drunk. She was stumbling and rambling on about how I'm making a mistake not going to the VIP. Immediately she told me she needed to use the restroom and left me alone. After sitting there for about 10 minutes, convinced that I was scammed, she stumbled back from the restroom. With about 30 seconds left of the song, she started to "dance," which consisted of her smoking her vape and continually checking her phone. She said, "That counts as one song." For song #2, she lay motionless, horizontally across my lap. I honestly think she was sleeping or nodding off. For song #3, she sat beside me responding to text messages on her phone and telling me how I missed out on the VIP experience with her. She then asked me if I did cocaine and informed me that if we went to the VIP, we could do cocaine there. I got up and headed back to the bar to forget about this mistake. She then got upset and said, "Do you have a $20? YOU NEED TO TIP ME $20." I decided to cut my losses and immediately go home. Thanks a lot, Silver City Cabaret. read more

Came here for a private event and when we first arrived, the door/front desk was a little chaotic. When we finally got to the front, she basically threw the wrist bands on the counter and told us to put them on. When I'm pretty sure she put everyone else's on for them in front of us... not sure what that was about.. There was no type of direction after we got our wrist bands about where to go for the private event. Finally we asked a bouncer and he directed us. We didn't get taken to a table that we had bought in advance. We were not told whether the event was separate from the club or anything. Like literally nothing. Anyways, we found somewhere to stand (yes, literally stand) to order food. I just ordered a loaded mashed potato and it was really good. The wings were great as well. The bartender was also really nice & made sure we got our food we ordered. The food and her are the reason I'm giving 2 stars. Definitely won't return tho bc the strippers were just not it. They weren't dancing at all, just standing around talking. Is this how y'all make y'all money?? Cause I feel played even buying a table I never sat at for it to just be girls standing around talking. Just, until then I never had to pay for a strip or the pleasure to see a naked woman.
