Just a real review. As a dancer. I've worked a lot of places, and obviously it's hard to be shown respect because it's rare and not promised. However, when i came to work at Ricks, Jonathan (the manager hiring at the time) was the most respectful and real manager I've came across in a while. He makes the dancers feel like they actually are valued (which they should be they are the people that bring people in and get them to STAY) He completely makes you feel like they are thankful for you to be there and within reason he will always have your back. This is my go to work place in Dallas for the slower nights and i urge all new dancers to come here as you WILL be treated with dignity and respect The club is not too big not too small it's perfect im size, and it's got really classy red lighting. I have been in Rick's DFW multiple times over the years and always had a blast until my latest experience. I took a couple of friends from out of town to have a good time and found ourselves in what felt like the Russian Mafia Den. The girls were plentiful for a Saturday night, but no more than 2 of them had a clue how to dance, and that wasn't well at all. All of the girls getting on stage appeared scared, almost as if they were being forced to be there dancing. I remember manager Austin from 5 years ago so I've been back a couple times recently in the past few months and he is still taking care of me and treating me right just like back then and he still remembered me! I visited to see what the hype was about. Walk in and club is dead with a bunch of Cuban dancers at the bar. A few waitresses and ones a manager constantly promotes on social media. Well the club was nice, open, friendly staff - but 3 days later when I get TWO separate $100 charges to my bank account and call up, apparently Rick's pre-authorizes a $100 fee up front to make sure you can pay for your drinks if you start at tab, and apparently my bar tender "accidentally" charged me twice when I started my one tab - which I paid out in full at the end of the night. Also, they DID NOT tell me about any preauthorization when I ordered my drinks and started my tab. I called up there and was told to "wait 3-5" days for the charges to go away/resolve - but what if I needed that money I hadn't planned on being taken out of my account? Would definitely not recommend Rick's due to lack of transparency about how they plan to charge you read more

Came in on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm. Very few patrons, and it was too cold to be comfortable. Most clubs by this time have a number of dancers. I have only seen two the whole time I was here and was unimpressed. The menu does not have everything they list on the website. Ordered the steak burrito and it was decent. this place was off to a bad start until we got in and ive talked to some of the strippers. i came with shorts and sandals and we were called out to change or werent allowed to go in so we took a 25 min drive home to change and back to enter just to see a bunch of other people with sandals and shorts inside ... if youre gonna make rules like that atleast make it apply to everyone not just because somebodys appearance. besides that strippers were very cool and great people to talk to especially great dancers. read more
