At 1 below zero that night, I was very thankful to get it so quick and with such great service. I called 4 other places previously, left messages, and no call back.. My furnace stopped working so I called Mile High Heating and they came out to Anaconda and…read moreinstalled a new capacitor. Two weeks later the fan motor died, blowing a fuse in the process. I called Mile High Heating again and they were there that night with a replacement fan motor. They installed the motor and the fuse and the furnace has been working perfectly since then. I cannot say enough about the speedy and professional service I received. It was a very stressful situation, not knowing if I would have heat, and they were just amazing! Their rates are more than fair and their service is top of the line.

this is the worst, most dishonest business I have ever dealt with. they turned my account over to a…read morecredit agency after I was told "don't worry, you have time" by their dishonest secretary. the secretary before her told me that they would bill the liable insurance (not mine, the city, which was liable for a sewer backup). The next communication that I received regarding this matter was a very harshly written letter from a debt collector. i contacted Fine Fabric Care and they have refused to recall the debt! it is also possible that I had paid it in cash. The original letter that had prompted me to call them even mentioned they were unsure if I had paid as their previous secretary hadn't always marked accounts as paid. Even so, I was willing to pay the amount, then pursue them for double-dipping, as it appears likely that they have done so. trust these liars at your own peril

Initial communication was excellent and the crew was friendly. However, after rough framing was…read morepartially complete I noted several issues (out of square/plumb framing, improper hanger, some materials and spacings not to plan, loose blocking, toe nailing issues, missed fasteners, etc.). Instead of correcting the issues I was given the run-around then communication ceased. We had to spend the next few weeks correcting the framing errors, stud spacings, and ripped out the improper subfloor section and also had to pay another framer to correct a portion of their work. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Initial conversations led us to believe MHIP was excited to take on the work and would provide high-level craftsmanship. After voicing our concerns, it seems they decided it was more worth their time to move on to bigger and better things rather than correct their errors.
