I have been a patient of Dr. Terry Siller for a little over 5 years. I first learned of him from a…read morefriend at work and he came highly recommended. So he was the one I chose to care for pain I was having in my right knee and he was the Doctor who eventually performed knee replacement surgery on the same. I have always been impressed with his knowledge of his profession and Quality of Care. There were other doctors here at one time, but are no longer with this clinic. It's been over five years since my knee replacement and I have experienced a normal life with it since the replacement surgery pain free! I have heard of other people's bad experiences with other Doctors, Not Dr. Siller. He had also addressed shoulder pain for me with an injection of cortisone that took care of the pain, and I have had no pain since!! Almost three years ago we moved about two hours away from the area NE of Beaumont, Tx. A couple of months ago I twisted my left knee so severely I heard and felt a pop that hurt like someone stuck a knife in my knee joint and turned it. I made an appointment to come to the Orthopedic Clinic for Dr. Siller to look at. They X-rayed the knee before he came to the exam room to go over the X-ray. It didn't show anything broke or out of place. He did drain a good amount of fluid buildup off and gave ave me a cortisone injection. He said if it didn't feel better after a few days to let him know. By the next weekend I could hardly walk on it without the assistance of using my Cane from the prior right knee surgery. I called back and he scheduled me for an MRI and a return office visit to go over the MRI. When I returned for the MRI follow up he revealed that the MRI showed that the medial meniscus was torn away from the bone, arthritis, and a stress fracture of the femur Bone in the medial area!! We both agreed that I was more than likely looking at another knee replacement on the left leg. I wanted to give it some time to see if anything improved giving the fracture time to heal. It had been over two months and it really hasn't improved. So I came in today to talk about the knee, the continued pain, and to go ahead and schedule having the surgery per my wife's wishes and mine to get rid of this continuous pain in my knee. My wife suggested that I try to find a Doctor closer to home in the Beaumont area. Not a chance!!! I'm coming back to a Doctor that I personally know will get it right!!! If you need an Orthopedic Doctor that knows his practice and is very outgoing toward his patients, is thorough, and very competent, Dr. Terry Siller is going to be your choice.

Upon my office visit, I introduced myself to Dr. Siller and he was very kind and courteous. He asked me to describe my symptoms which I did and he told me what I was already suspecting. He said what I had described to him was a classic case of an arthritic knee. Hard to walk right after you stand up, but after you get moving a little it almost goes away. He had his X-Ray technician do an X-Ray of my right knee. It did show arthritis starting to build up in the joint, but it wasn't to the point of of needing surgery at the time. He recommended a cortisone injection into the knee which he did. The injection helped a lot and was good for over 6 months!! I did this until he and I both came to the conclusion that the injections were not going to do a whole lot of good and wet should start planning on when to do a knee replacement. It was close to the Christmas holidays and I didn't want to do it then. He looked at his schedule and suggested The second Monday in January as this was the day he sets aside for doing surgery on his patients. He does his surgeries at the Houston Physician's Hospital in Webster. This was good news to me because I have had a couple of procedures performed here before! It's a very professional hospital and staff that really make this a great place for having a procedure, or operation performed. Dr. Siller did not rush me to do this procedure and when it did come time he took the time to explain in detail how it would all take place. I was amazed when he told me the whole knee replacement operation would only take an hour and a half, to two hours to complete!!! I was also impressed that I was up walking that very afternoon just as he said! Dr. Siller is a very good, caring doctor, and very professional with his patients, and very punctual. I highly recommend Dr.Siller to anyone that needs an Orthopedic Doctor.

It affected my neck area only a bit but because that whole area is connected. Well - they only treated me for neck pain, completely disregarded what I was saying about my shoulder but they're the doctors & it "didn't sound like anything other than a pinched nerve" didn't know my pain levels had volume. Fast forward to being at OST where I showed up for my appt on time at 845 AM. I was taken back into a room around 8:50 but only to speak to a man who read the hospital report & told me that I wasn't dealing with something they could see so I need to go to a spine doctor. So instead of just helping me out & listening to me, they tried to pawn me elsewhere. I told him I wanted to look at my SHOULDER because my neck was fine & the hospital didn't help me at all AND they referred me here! Fast forward to 10:40 - over an hour and a half past my appointment & I was not seen. My place in line was not held because of a 15 minute meeting I had to have to plead my pain & case. I left in TEARS & IN PAIN. The nurses even seemed bothered/annoyed that I was frustrated. I won't be going back to either facility.

Went in for a simple heel spur surgery on November 14, 2025 and it's now May and the surgeon Dr. Punchbhavi screwed up and I've been laying in my bed for 7 months in constant enormous pain and the foot is still numb and all kinds of nerve damage and they refuse to do anything as my body is just withering away. My health is deteriorating and I have zero life and they refuse to help with the pain but yet patient advocate and the medical staff is worried about me using cuss words after 7 months of constant pain rather than getting me healthy and fixing their mistakes. Dr. Punchbhavi tried to amputate my neighbors toe also and he saw another Doctor and with some physical therapy, my neighbor is just fine and didn't lose his toe. Very poor ethics, if they have any at all. If this is what they teach their students is neglect, we are going to have some terrible doctors and nurses. If you can avoid this hospital, by all means do so. Nobody has returned my calls or messages or even attempted to fix me. I should've never went to them. I was active until I went to UTMB, now I'm bed ridden and can't do a single thing. Some times I can't even make it to the bathroom.
