Considering that it is a costly investment, we needed to try to find as close to the best wood floor installer professional that we could possibly find, AND we did!! Christian and his wonderful team with Albert and Timothy that we met at Deep Rooted Flooring were beyond fantastic! They completely exceeded beyond our expectations from beginning to end! We originally contacted more than five different companies, and none compared to Deep Rooted Flooring over the phone, email and as we also see, by their physical labor. Their work ethic is beyond phenomenal, and impressive, and we greatly appreciated every minute of it with a peace of mind! It's not our first rodeo with home projects, my husband is pretty handy, and we are detail-orientated, so when we took on the luxury wood flooring investment once again, we needed to make sure we could find the best possible professional and talented company we could hire to get the job done right. We knew exactly what we wanted, and as we first contacted Deep Rooted Flooring and spoke to Christian, his professionalism and great communication skills was exactly the type of professionalism we were desperately looking for in the area! --From that first detailed phone conversation, to the fast-turn-around promised quote, to the scheduling, to the showing up when scheduled, to their work to the very end, was such a great pleasure to deal with them! As a previous review said, "they don't consider the job finished, until you're happy with the results" is very true, and that is Deep Rooted Flooring's high standards as a team and a company; an excellent work ethic that they take pride in, and they very well should, they truly deserve the best reviews!!! Their professional and talented attention to detail is truly impressive! We are in awe at their phenomenal work, exceeding our expectations! I am posting pictures of those also impressive-perfect-cuts, and fittings especially around the doors up to the tile and beyond-they are truly remarkable! We personally do not like having a quarter-round added to the baseboards, having pets we feel it is a hair and dust collector, quicker than we could keep up with. It was one of the major requests we had, and they performed, and delivered fantastically. As you may also see in the pictures, their talented details are beyond impressive. We are extremely satisfied with Deep Rooted Flooring, and we will always refer them to anyone looking for a remarkable, and reliable company! They are profesional, friendly, talented, trustworthy, and worth considering, and hiring to get the job done right from start to finish. We are very grateful, thank you Christian, Albert, Timothy and team!

Having worked in the construction field for over fifty two years, I was extremely pleased with their attention to detail and craftmanship. . We have a real suite--including ceiling to floor cabinets-- which are custom and real wood. And we now have a laundry room/half bath! The improvements weren't just cosmetic. We wanted to upgraded our HVAC ducts, electric, plumbing, crawlspace, insulation, siding, gutters, and subfloor. It was affordable! Every contractor and inspector, everyone who saw this project was impressed with the quality of the work, the thoroughness and the attention to detail. Price was extremely competitive. Communication was great. No surprises. Runion is family oriented and utterly trustworthy--and they listen. These are enthusiastic, talented people, professional, pleasant, knowledgable and creative people--and a pleasure to get to know. Old houses are a can of worms once you start opening up walls, but any hurdle our old house presented these folks helped us turn into structural and aesthetic improvements. Unmatched work ethic, and top shelf contractors work for them. You always hear folks complain when they're having work done--we can honestly say it was a pleasant experience from day one. I look forward to the next project. If anyone who is considering a remodel with Runion, we'll be happy to offer more photos.

We replaced the plumbing, electrical, HVAC and added a fortified roof. The kitchen is amazing!  Infinity Cabinets replaced all our cabinets and they are all slow close.  We have a fancy coffee cabinet to hide our coffee maker and my favorite is the secret spice and cooking utensil cabinets.  The quartz countertops are the main attraction which are featured on a huge island that has hidden storage cabinets.  We worked with Wilmington appliance for all our kitchen appliances and Ferguson for our lighting and bath fixtures.  They were all wonderful!  The tile contractor also did amazing work.   Special thanks to many individuals at Essence, but especially Mike who did it all!  He specially designed and crafted the cabinets in our mud room and custom design our his and her closets.  Also thanks to Cassie who kept everyone organized.  Also thanks to some or our favorite people who helped all of this come to fruition - Eddie, Jay, Steve, Chrissy and Brian.  Also, thank you for being so kind to us and our overly friendly dog, Winston. You are the best and we love our forever home.  Sincerely,  Lauren, Craig and Winston
