I met with an employee named EMMA who had poor listening skills. She chopped my hair too short despite of me clearly asking for below shoulder length. She did a poor job covering up my grey hair but did a very good job covering up her mistakes. I called EMMA twice during the 45 minutes dye soak-in-time and showed that she did not cove most of my grey hair. She very confidently said that it would emulsify during the hair wash which very badly flopped. CONNIE who owns this place played along and said that "you have some stubborn grey hair" and suggested a 10 minutes hair dye to fix it. EMMA failed again to wash it well and left me with a dark dye stain bordering the ridge and now, I'm suffering with rash and redness. Reflections Hair & Aesthetics Studio caused distress, wasted my time, and charged me $165.60. I noticed that most of their customer had very short hair so may be, they are only trained to deal with short hair. BEWARE, DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE if you have medium to long hair and don't ask for EMMA. This worst employee even took a before and after picture of my hair transformation which is absolutely fake considering the side-effects that I am suffering now:( I will definitely sue Reflections Hair & Aesthetics Studio if ever I find them using my hair transformation pictures to fake and fool the public.
