Ultimately, it's left in the patient's hands, with no pressure to continue with a recommendation. I'm now able to move my vertebrae on my own, for the most part, but still visit every 10-14 days. At least until I'm comfortable with the level of re-education my bones need.

All of my questions and concerns were addressed and I left feeling much better! Will update as treatment progresses.
