The shop and the merchandise have a definite style, it could be described as cool, understated yet trendy. I think it is the coolest shop for guys in London. It is a bit off the way especially if you live in central London. I would suggest if you do live far, to take a boat down the Tames, and make your shopping day a sightseeing day as well. its well worth it because even if you don't find what you want here, this area is full of lovely shops for all tastes.

Tucked away in Greenwich Market is this cute little two-shop vintage/second hand establishment. It's well laid out and un-cluttered. I loved this shop for all the army/military gear it has and if I was still into my Am-Dram I would be here every week to steal new stock for costume. Now I didn't purchase anything here on my visit, because I am poor, but I did see some great items at reasonable prices. Like most vintage shops its got your mock/real furs and granny jumpers and tweed jackets. However it has some great choice pieces and lovely little bits and bobs.
I was impressed with 360 Vintage, its a lovely and neat shop right in Greenwich Market…read more I liked the way they had put a tag on the rails of clothing with which decade it came from...believe me this is very helpful. They don't have a big range of clothing, and was nice to see that you don't have to rummage through stuff. The left side of the store was more elegant, more of the 1930s and 40s era. The clothes are pricey a dress could easily be £55 but the quality of the garment is well preserved. If I'm in Greenwich again, ill shall pop and who knows I might come away with something.

It used to be pretty great in here. I bought my first expensive pair of shoes in here the day I started uni. They might not fit anymore but they're still pretty. That was 6 years ago. Now the place is rubbish. Overpriced and really shoddy. Not just that but the shoes are ugly. Unless you really want a pair of red patent platform wedges? No, me niether. Everything is very over the top here. Its a small shop and the staff have a knack of making you feel uncomfortable if you're just looking. Which is horrible when there's four of them veen if the shop is empty. It's the kind of place I hate going into if I'm not feeling at my best. This makes shopping a bit rubbish. I pop in everytime I'm shopping in Greenwich, but someone please put a decent shoe store in the town. My feet are not happy.

We ate lunch and had a cold beer from the Old Brewery then attended a tour of the Cutty Sark, which is a huge replica ship from the 1800s. They even had a ferris wheel for the kiddies. Fun time in the market but you definitely need an entire day to get the full effect.

The menswear section is particularly strong and dominates most of the store with very reasonable Burberry marino wool v-necks and check shirts for only £15, and a vast selection of tweed and wool suits priced from £65 to £100. Wool hats are beautifully displayed on mannequin heads, whilst smaller accessories such as cuff links and handkerchiefs are kept behind glass cabinets. The womenswear selection is smaller- with only a few small rails devoted to evening wear. What pieces they do have though, are exquisite- I tried on a delicate green, silk 1940s tea-dress which for £65 was an absolute bargain. There is however a very good selection of outerwear- there are some beautiful fake-fur coats for under £75 and some immaculate raincoats for under £80. Everything in the shop is beautifully presented and smart. There is no rummaging through rails of rubbish to find items, just a few well-chosen, classic pieces displayed beautifully.

That said, there's a lot of stuff. All of the dresses are well looked after in those plastic cases, but I find that such a pain. I know it protects them blah blah blah. but I want to go through clothes being all touchy feely. It's part of the fun. I hate that I can't do that in here. The guys stuff seems better. The shirts are cool and the whole shop does the indie boy in Greenwich thing very well. It's pretty pricey in here, but that's because the stuff is very good quality. It's almost too good - there's something lovely about vintage clothes that need a little repairing maybe that's just me. Do go in and take a look around. You might not find the perfect piece, but you'll have fun trying on cool shades and hats. Which is an equally important part of shopping.

I had a retro 50s design but the fabric was African. I loved the combination so I went in. The girl at the counter greeted me and was very nice and explained that they carry a couple of lines but that they are main stockist for a brand called Sika. Curiously enough the dress from the window display was from Sika. The prices are really cheap when you think you are buying a really original piece of clothing that looks as good as it fits.

I am going to tell you a few of my skills.. Just a few!! 1.) WHEN YOU GO IN GET A BASKET OR TROLLEY (it always best to put everything you find in there) 2.) GET THERE EARLY!! So, I'd say its 2 stars for selection, but an additional star for being less packed. The women's clothes selection is quite small, and the shoe selection is downright sparse. There's a better selection of sunglasses in this location, and we found some nice childrens book sets for boys and girls. Generally, I'd say to do your core shopping at nearby H&M and Next, and then stop in to TK Maxx if you have a little more time and money to kill on the off chance you find something you like.

Unfortunately, maybe that's the problem. You might find something nice, but you'll feel someones eyes boring into you if you dare tough the displays (that's where all the shiny designer stuff goes) and the rest of the shop is to small to rummage around properly. So why the 3 stars? Well, dress agencies are very handy for getting rid of your old stuff. You take it there, they give you some money, and you'll walk away happy. They return everything they don't sell. I like the dress agency idea a lot. I'm just not sure it works in this shop. Maybe someone else will really like it in here though - everything is very good quality, even if it's not my style.
