To cut it short, we had no record of the appointment nor did we receive an notification on the days leading up to, or the day of concerning the alleged appointment. But that's not the real point, nor the basis for the rating. When I called to have a civil discussion that there may be a mix-up, the owner was extremely rude, and said some unbelievably disrespectful things! I understand that sometimes German businesses get a bad rap for customer service...but the owner will dispel those myths without a moment's notice. Stylists? Great! But I would say, given how the owner truly values his clients, you will be mich better served to find other options, of which there are many.

Any of the stylists here are top-notch (I've observed them all while sitting & waiting) & they have a dedicated clientele. There's even a beautiful, well-coiffed silver-haired woman who's there every week, without fail. I've been going to Isabel for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. My cut is perfect & both my highlights & base color looks great. The formulas used take into account the water in this part of Germany (very hard) & the colors are still as nice 4 weeks later. Pricing is comparable to Aveda salons both in the US & in Tokyo. When it comes to great stylists & colorists, you get what you pay for!
