I had vinyls made for my new cafe, 6 Krazy Katz Gluten Free Kafe. The team was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. They did a phenomenal job and got the colors of my logo perfect, which I was very nervous about. The team at Signs went above and beyond to get it right! Once I have my logos on the windows, my hours of business vinyl on the door and my backlit vinyl menu signs in their lit poster frames hanging on the wall, I will post a new review with pictures. I will definitely do business with Signs again in the future. The products are excellent and the prices can't be beat. What I paid for my 3 orders most other companies were charging for "set up" fees on top of the cost of the vinyls. We were a little concerned because the print was on two acrylic sheets. She was super quick with turnaround for revisions, very accommodating to changes and adjustments and the final proofs were dialed in. Pricing was reasonable and the design service from Lizzy was exceptional In the end, we got EXACTLY what we wanted, we were able to install ourselves and saved over $2500 compared to quotes we received from local printers for production and installation. Paid for 1 day transit and it took 5 days. They just blamed the carrier and wouldn't refund me. The agent I spoke with told me it appeared as 2 day shipping on her end to which I showed my proof of purchase where I paid for 1 day. I've ordered posters twice from signs.com. No problems the first time. However, the second order was such a headache! I placed the order Saturday night, and signs.com put it on hold for "safety". To fulfill my order, they requested tons of personal info including EIN (like an ssn, but for companies), a photo of my ID, my address, details of my device location, County where I'm currently staying, authorization letter to use my personal artwork, links relevant to my artwork, and intended use of my artwork. As this was an utterly ridiculous request, I did not provide them anything. They start gaslighting me saying it's for "my safety" and that this artwork has previously been used for fraud. They also said the print type is commonly associated with fraud. For a repeat customer with an original artwork, this is unacceptable. It's been 5 days of arguing with the customer service baboons at signs.com as they hurl their poo at me. I've never dealt with such incompetence in my life. DO NOT USE THEM! read more

This is by far the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with in all my time shopping online. I wanted to purchase 2 decals for my golf cart, and their website would not correctly allow me to enter the dimensions or shape of the product. From there it deteriorated to many emails from customer service to 'help' me place the order. They requested the artwork 5 different times, which was annoying. Then they sent me an invoice with the incorrect measurements after we had gone over them multiple times. They corrected the invoice and I then see that they are charging $45 to ship 2 lightweight stickers from Salt Lake City, Utah to Palm Desert, California. I then cancelled my order and one of the executives emailed me offering me half price shipping as a 'favor to me' for all the inconvenience. I shared a link to an Etsy seller that offered the same identical decals for $8.40 and $5 shipping. He then offered to waive the shipping costs, which still brought the price in at $65. l told him that even if he offered the decals to me for FREE I wouldn't want them! All told I received between 40 - 50 emails from this company which just sucked away precious time of mine. Nothing short of a complete nightmare! read more

1. Shipping supposed to be free. After you order, they tell you that free shipping is only for orders over $100.00, and then charge you $10.00 to ship two 18x14 window static-clings (what I ordered). 2. I asked for Royal Blue lettering, outlined in white, and reverse that for the phone numbers. They sent Olive Drab, fit for a military vehicle. 3.
