Very poor customer service and responsiveness. Rude and very unprofessional, as well as poor quality workmanship. Can't take responsibility for their poor work...and, not one apology, or attempt to make resolve. We will NEVER utilize this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Beware! read more

---i've only dealt with this shop for the UPS part of it…read more Title: Refused to Ship My Package I've been to this sign shop / UPS countless times. The employee never greets customers or says anything to you other than it'll be two dollars . I've been in there when he's on the phone with friends and he talks almost the whole time. He doesn't say goodbye, Have a good day. Nothing.... most of these people these days need to learn Customer Service. I'm pretty fed up with the lack of Customer Service in a lot of places .. It's really disgusting.... etc. my last visit [5/22/2026], he tried to charge $8 for a box that's always been $2. When I spoke up about the price he said it's supposed to be per item not per box maybe I misread that somewhere I've never saw a sign. Don't usually pay attention I guess, but also, with that being said, his attitude, he got snippy with me, so I got snippy back and told him how I felt about every time I come in there, He has a bad attitude no customer service, then another woman came in in an interrupted because she didn't wanna wait while we went around in the discussion and then he refused to ship my items. I did and will take my business elsewhere if I can as long as he is there .... He acts the same way at Hardee's .. Customers deserve basic respect good customer service, and consistent pricing. Hoping management addresses this . #TheSignShop/UPS.

Emanuel seemed to be knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to talk to so I decided to go with him and that was the best business decision I've ever made. Emanuel is reliable, honest and dependable so I have the highest confidence to recommend him without hesitation to any business owner needing help with their social media presence.

We have worked with many other process servers in many other states, and 6 Legal Process Service is by far, the most exceptional service we have ever hired for our needs. Chad, the owner, worked directly with us. He answered every call and responded to every email most immediately. We had previously hired another process server in the area, and his communication was horrible as well as, more expensive. I would not recommend another business for your service needs. Save yourself valuable time and go with 6 legal process. They are reasonably priced, direct, very prompt, and most importantly, deliver upon their word. If Chad says it, you can take it to the bank. Thank you Chad.
