I emailed the receptionto ensure that I would get my money back as soon as possible. Their answer is that my money is frozen and will be that for 30 days. No apology what so ever and no compensation. But, they asked me to talk with my bank to see if they could solve it faster for me...sorry, is it really my task to solve an issue made by the hotel?
Beside this, the breakfast is nice and the room was fine (but I think I had an upgraded room, business class room or something like that)
