I have spoken personally to Dawn who appears to be front office staff and Renee I was told is a designer. Still no quote. Sent a second and third email to sales@accentsigns.com with pictures and still no quote. I spoke with Dawn 17 Feb and she stated she didn't know what was going on. She stated she hadn't seen my emails. She stated Renee has been working on a car the last 2 days but I've been asking for a quote since 09 Feb! I told her how unprofessional this was and so didn't understand how they can operate this way. I am a customer asking for a product they sell and can't receive service. There are plenty of other signage places so I think I will move on and stop wasting more time and energy with a place who clearly doesn't need my money. Btw...they don't have an office manager I was told so maybe this is part other problem. No oversight. Beware customer.
