She stated she hadn't seen my emails. She stated Renee has been working on a car the last 2 days but I've been asking for a quote since 09 Feb! I told her how unprofessional this was and so didn't understand how they can operate this way. I am a customer asking for a product they sell and can't receive service. There are plenty of other signage places so I think I will move on and stop wasting more time and energy with a place who clearly doesn't need my money.
