He was rough with the electric shaver and I left with multiple cuts and stinky product in my hair I didn't ask for. I'm unsure how the back of my hair looks because he seemed like he didnt know how to angle the mirror. The place itself is nice and easy to get to. I was looking for a high quality haircut near bensonhurst for my new job, but it's not worth the steep price. Would've been okay if this was cheap, but it wasn't.

I had a very pleasant experience there and found Jacquee to be unassuming and down to earth. She listened well to what I asked for and executed it with precision. Sal, the barber likes to deal with certain type of people. If he feels you don't fit his ideal clientele, he would be very dismissive and/or skip your turn in favor of another customer. He has a lot of talent but his nonstop chattering with the "boys" and poor attitude prevents him from being a good barber. If Sal can stay silent and focus for the first 15 mins of cutting hair, I'm sure he can produce amazing work and finish the appointment in a timely manner. Until then, I'm bringing my business somewhere else.

It was extremely off putting and not something I would have expected to hear at a hairstyling appointment that is at its core a self care experience. I found the entire conversation to be unpleasant. The blowout was pretty low quality and overall I wished I had just styled my own hair. I left with many broken hairs on my crown that were completely ignored by my stylist and that I had a hard time gelling down once I got home before I was due for photos. Overall not worth the money. The location is clean. It is expensive but I did find the pricing relatively clear as my stylist explained the extra costs along the way.
