Make sure you let them know if you check in after six pm because they have someone in the hotel but not in the office at late hours; you just have to call them on the hotel call box. The hotel has a gorgeous pool and jacuzzi and even a little putting green and a lounge area by the pool. It's done with a lot of love and the owners are obviously very attentive to the property as it's beautifully kept. There seems to be ample parking and it all circles around the hotel rooms, so if you're lucky, you can find a parking spot right by your room. I didn't have a problem finding parking for my room even on a Friday night; reception told me there is "overfill parking" if the regular spots are full, but I'm not sure where that is. Make sure to ask in case the parking lot is full. Parking is free! Rooms are spacious with microwave, fridge, coffee/tea maker, large closets and a full bathroom. Bathrooms are immaculate with a bathtub and shower head. Some rooms have a pool view and/or mountain view. There are also suites with a kitchen. Good Wi-Fi service, Many of the rooms are pet friendly, which is a plus. There's lots of shopping and restaurants nearby within walking distance.

My experience is from the perspective of a person with disabilities who travels with mobility aides. In reality I never book true "ada" rooms because of the harsh reality hotels never have enough availability to accommodate those of us who require them or rooms being out of order forcing us to smaller rooms . I book rooms that makeup in space and comfortability to avoid that risk. We were booked in a spacious one bedroom queen suite with a separate bedroom. Located on the second floor please not this is a small mom and pop hotel. There is no bell service and no elevators to assist with getting to the top floor. We did struggle getting our luggage up the stairs but managed. Walking into our room Exceeded my expectations. Our room included not one but two decent sized bathrooms complete with their own shower/bath combo that provided railing which helped aided those of us with disabilities. The handrails in the shower were placed in a comfortable position for me to get in and out. The the kitchen was lovely. A working stove oven combination , counter space and a full size refrigerator freezer combination are a nice amenity. The microwave was extremely high and at 4'10 i needed to stand on the chair to reach. The couch was so comfortable I accidentally fell asleep on it at night and slept comfortably until morning while my mom slept in the bedroom with the queen bed comfortably. A feature not necessarily highlighted was the spacious balcony overlooking the pool area. It was nice and relaxing to sit out on and read a book. The hotel does have a rule of noise level after 10pm which was no issue. A selling point for me was despite the noise rule the pool area is 24hours. The pool was sparkly clean and warm. The hot tub was a decent size and a great temperature. The courtyard not only featured a pool and spa? It came equipped with ample variety of seating, cabana seating and picnic area. A quaint little putting green centered off to the side near the picnic area feateard grills as well. Parking for the hotel wasn't the best when it came to ada parking and large enough spaces for those who travels with large SUV'S. The gentleman reccomended parking on the street which we did and had no issues at night. The hotels location was very close to our activities at acrisure arena, the living desert zoo and places such as the grand Hyatt,Shopping centers and plenty of food spaces. We looked for specific amenities and this hotel delivered. It was quiet clean , spacious and relaxing. For this not being an ada room the size and space was comfortable. The beds and comfort were very homey and customer service phenomenal. Low on cost high on fun.

We booked a poolside king room and fell in love with the bed. It was so comfy that my husband is determined to find out who makes it and get us one. Being able to have our own little patio and then have the pool right there was another favorite. The AC was perfection as well as the water pressure in the shower. The hotel is older but exceptionally well maintained and clean. You also can't beat the price! The customer service is incredible! We had a small issue with the refrigerator not working and they immediately replaced it with another one. A huge dust storm had come through the day before and the staff was so diligent in cleaning the pool and keeping it sparkling. A loud and unruly family was there and they shut that down immediately! They truly care about their guests comfort and making sure everyone enjoys themselves. Bonus points for Olivia the Bulldog! Thank you to our Delos Reyes Family for your amazing hospitality and we'll see you soon!

I specifically asked would it be an issue to get my cash deposit at checkout even when I have to leave at 3:30 am, the gentleman at the desk said it would be no issue. Now its time to leave its a huge issue. I asked him why there isn't any signage or some type of policy saying nobody would be at the desk at checkout or procedure of getting cash back at checkout. Just avoid coming to this hotel. When u tried to bring my concern to the only gentleman living and working at desk. He was rude and nasty and very condescending. He needs to learn how to converse with patrons. THE DRAMA CONTINUES: So let me give everyone the details on what proceeded after the above review was posted. I walk to the corner store and come back while sitting in the front of the hotel to be told "hes gotten complaints about my service dog " I immediately go to my room to check and my Bischon was fast asleep as I left him for not even 11 minutes to walk to the corner store. I proceed to the office to notify the guy my pup was asleep and couldn't have been mine. PORKY continued to tell me" I've been a problem the whole time". When I say I was flabbergasted, because upon checking in not even 26 hrs ago he was cordial and even made mention of another dog being named the same as mine and how cute my dog was. He wasn't on the lease at all. He was in my arms then I put him down. Not one time during our communication(nor during the stay)did he tell me he had to be on a leash. I was inside pool area during stay..we even walked downtown Palm Springs no leash. He trained and obedient like that. All of a sudden Porkys feels was hurt about the honest review not wants to create lies as if my dog is now an issue. PORKY then proceeds to tell me that he's gotten complaints "about me walking around". I told him he sounds crazy and hes a liar. Why would somone call about somone walking. When they are a patron of a hotel. Who says that to a person? Circus clowns thats who. So now ive been a problem the whole time all of a sudden. Mind you PORKY and I spoke the previous night while he was sitting inside the locked pool area. With his cats roaming around the pool and stair area..The situation got escalated the PS Police had to be called. I have never in my natural 48 years on this earth been through such disgusting behavior. The way he thought he was going to talk to a paid customer was not happening. Nasty, disgusting person that doesn't deserve nor should have a job dealing with the public. I recommend nobody goes to this hotel. Its deceiving and non of the actual colored spots are available. They will give you a room.where it looks like people are actually living on the property. Oh and the brown sheets and comforter was a "WTH" moment. What establishment has brown sheets? Other to disquise and hide the fact how clean of lack of clean the linen are. I am write all reviews my last day of my stay. I dont hide behind my review and Porky couldn't handle honest feedback and got into his feelings inside of upholding a professional ground.I would honestly stay in a motel 6 or even worse then ever suggest this establishment to anyone. Even if your desperate. SLEEP IN YOUR CAR. You'll thank me later.

First time, we got a two bedroom villa - which is basically a one bedroom villa with an additional King room. The second time we went with a one bedroom villa. One was close to the pool and the other was very far. The far one was right on top of the golf greens so you would hear people very early in the morning. Both were the buildings that were further out because we didn't want to hear a lot of commotion all day. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony so you can still get sun if you aren't in the mood to trek to the pool or outdoor spaces. Having a kitchen and washer dryer is worth the extra money for sure. One room had a pretty uncomfortable bed and the other had a decent one, so basically it's up to chance which kind you get. One thing I didn't anticipate was that there is no room housekeeping included during the stay so we had to lug our trash out to the dumpster (annoying when on the second floor) and wash our towels ourselves. Not a huge deal, just not expected. Fyi...Parking is $30/day which is pretty annoying if you aren't leaving the resort, but at least you have in and out privileges. Overall a nice spot and for the right price we'd come back.

This was in the medium price range, we weren't looking for anything too fancy, just functional. It's also really close to downtown. Reminded me of the first apartment I ever had after college: just the basics but cute. The place is bright, vibrant, clean, a little outdated yet practical. They do have comfy furniture, clean sheets, nice pillows, air conditioned, microwave, television. We got a single room with a king bed. The room was spacious, with generous closet space. Our room was close to the main road but it was still quiet. We didn't see too many neighbors but then again we were just there for a night. The place does have a pool that is accessible 24hrs. They have cruiser bikes available to rent. There are coffee/hot chocolate, ice, and water machines in the lobby. There's a few lounging spots throughout that are good for sitting down, reading a book, or drinking a morning coffee. Parking was easy as well. They have two lots and even after going out for dinner, we were able to find a space when we got back. There are citrus trees on the lot so occasionally you'll see a few fruits on the ground and throughout. When we arrived, they gave us the tour and were very friendly and approachable. We had no complaints. I would stay here again. My only warning is that the water in the shower gets hot REALLY quick, so I would suggest adjusting the water temp before jumping in just to be safe. Oh! They also gave us complimentary food vouchers for Ricks Restaurant nearby.
