I'm writing to express serious concerns regarding a recent order and the unacceptable handling of…read moremy attempts to resolve the issue. After placing an order, I immediately realized I had entered the wrong shipping address--an honest mistake on my part. I contacted your support team right away through the only available channel: live chat. I was assured the address would be corrected. To be thorough, I followed up again before the order shipped and was once more told it would go to the correct address. Even after the order was marked as shipped, I checked in again and received the same confirmation. Despite all these assurances, the package was delivered to the original, incorrect address. When I raised this issue, I was met with a dismissive response that included a monkey emoji and a casual "whoops." I was then told I could return the item--accompanied by a smile emoji. This tone was not only unprofessional but deeply frustrating. I realized I was speaking to a bot and requested to speak with a human. At that point, all communication stopped. My previous messages had been answered instantly--clearly by automation--but now, nothing. I followed up again, asking for a phone call, only to be told the company no longer wished to do business with me. I was then blocked. To make matters worse, all of my previous chat conversations were deleted before I could save them. I now have no way to reference those interactions, and I cannot reach anyone--there is no phone number available. This is especially disappointing because I am a loyal customer with multiple products from your company. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just to speak with a human being and resolve the issue fairly. I am requesting immediate attention to this matter, a proper resolution, and a direct line of communication with a human representative

Love Diane Kroe. Love it…read more If I had much more money than I actually do, I would rock some Diane Kroe every day. Practically everything in the store is in her signature jersey fabric; there's nothing more comfortable or flattering. Something about the way it's cut it makes me look amazing. They carry elegant basics-with-a-twist which are good for the office or paired with your latest Kensington find. These tend towards black, brown, cream, a few more seasonal solid colours (some elegant greens, right now). They also carry some sensational (and comfortable) dresses in a more colourful palette of solids and some bold patterns. I've never met the titular Diane, but her assistant designer is friendly, competent, and has a great eye. It's a very welcoming store, and there's no pressure - just help if you want it. Given some time, they can alter anything in the store or make one up in a different colour. Mwah. Now the bottom line - many of the separates are around the $100 -$150 mark. I should add that they wear amazingly well, so every once in a while I add an essential pair of black pants or a cool top to my wardrobe. I wish I could do it more often.

They said "NO SORRY WE ARE TOO BUSY". I even asked if he was joking, he said "NO SORRY, WE ARE UNDERSTAFFED AND REALLY BUSY". I have never in my life been turned away like this. I was willing to pay their overinflated prices because as we all know there are not a lot of ski and snowboard stores left in the city and the fit of goggles is important especially with your helmet. I actually got turned away. Needless to say, not sure my son will be getting goggles for Christmas anymore. Anyway, I am a wakeboarder, a kiteboarder, a snowboarder and I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Nor will I recommend your store to anyone. It's too bad because I have shopped at Boardsports since I was a teenager. You just lost a customer of 30+ years. (Boardsports is now a part of Northline).

All very friendly and helpful. They can apply the waterproofing wax on your purchase if you buy something that is made with the G-1000 water resistant material. The wax creates a barrier making your item waterproof. The water literally rolls off! Lifetime warranty. Things here are not cheap, but you're certainly paying for quality and longevity. I'd much rather pay more and know I'm getting something that will last me a long time. I'm looking forward to using my new backpack!

Good, spacious location with lots of parking. Lots of selection, some great sale prices right now,…read moreand nice, friendly staff. Customer service could have been better though. I was looking for a new golf bag and, other than point to the section, there was no other support. Same with the fitting rooms, they showed me to a room so that I could try on my five items, but didn't really do anything further. I made a few comments on my selections, hoping she would offer some suggestions and she didn't really say much. It felt odd. I may have purchased a few more things and was also in the market for shoes but decided to leave it for another day, based on my experience. I might come here again out of convenience and because of the great selection, but I'm going to have to do a bunch of product research first!

However the customer service has always been friendly and welcoming. My latest visit I had to exchange the Osaka Nike GP Challenge 1 shoes because they fit narrow. They were able to put the half size up for me and I was able to try them on. They were still narrow so the persona at the time helped me with selecting a different light tennis shoe. The prices are reflective of the sport. In other words tennis is not cheap so why would I expect equipment, clothings etc. to be? They are on the pricer side just in the sense I have never been in the store when a sale was happening. That's all I'll say to that.
