I have always had a great experience at our local Cedar Rapids office whether it's in person or on…read morethe phone. The wait times are minimal considering what they are nationally, the hold times on the phone are also minimal, and I have never had them turn me away at the door if I didn't have an appointment. They only question what my business is, help me log in, get a number and wait. Even then, the longest I've ever waited was 20 minutes without an appointment. They have a fantastic attitude, and even when it's been difficult for me, they've been nothing but awesome. The things they do at that office are life changing for those of us on this side of social security. Thank you CR office for being as great as you are.

I suffered a workplace accident a little 5 years ago in Iowa. I was refered to this firm soon after…read moreI started my recovery. From the first conversation with Tim Semelroth and the team of what I can only describe as brilliant attorneys, they went to work on the case and represented me in a way I can only describe as vigorous and ethical. In all the time I was waiting for a chance to to take the case to trial, they never waivered from the task and all the details involved in preparing for it. When the workman's compensation firm started to make life difficult for my family and I, they handled it. When I finally got the chance to appear in court after 5 years, Tim showed his true skill and gave a perfect opening statement and then handled the trial and it's intricacies in a manner that I would never have understood. I would like to also add that Brian Ivers was a fantastic litigator during the trial, Emily Anderson represented my interests to the insurance company, and Andrea Yelden never made me feel as if I was a bother or just a low level client. If you ever need a personal injury attorney to represent you in the state of Iowa, you cannot do any better. Thank you all for everything youve done for me. Your professionalism, expertise and attention to detail changerd my life for the better. I will never forget what you did for us. Thanks to all of you.
