I had submitted an online form with all my information and work request a couple weeks back for…read moresome tree work at my house. Their voice mail said that is the preferred method of contact. Waited a week and did not hear back, so I called them again. They again told me that the form system is the way to go. I told the person on the phone that is what I did and he managed to find my "lost" proposal request. After he found it, he said an estimator would contact me to schedule something at my earliest convenience. No one ever called.

The company was hired on April 12, 2021 to provide a fallen tree removal (invoice #1619) and to cut…read moreoff a single branch leftover in the same tree (invoice #1620). The first part of the job was completed on the same day (invoice paid) with the understanding that the 2nd part will be completed on April 16, 2021. I contacted Tim on April 16 and I was told due to a conflict with other jobs and rain, the cutting of the branch will have to be postponed for April 23. On April 23, I contacted Tim again and this time I was told that he had a broken a finger and cannot work for the next 4 weeks. Since then I have attempted to contact Tim (between May 19 and May 23) via text messages, company's phone, and the company's (Beaver Tree Service, Inc.) contact webpage, but I did not get any replies to either modalities. I would adjust this review when the company will return to finish the job.

The rain we have had the past couple of days is just what we needed especially to settle down the…read moredust and bring out the beauty of the work Ryan recently did on our property. He graded our dirt driveway, topped it with crushed shell and compacted it. He also leveled our front walkway, bringing in fill were it was needed, then topping it with compacted crushed concrete fines. We can opt for further treatment of the walkway, with some pea gravel our stepping stones, but he said it should be suitable to leave it as is. I kind of like the rustic, beachy look! It suits the property. Not the least of which was the service he provided to fill, level and compact the area where we wanted to install our new stepping stone patio. His prep work made our DIY installation a breeze. When we were finished, he came back and compacted the patio so we could finish the job with polymeric sand. To top everything off, he helped us rehang our huge stag horn fern that has been sitting on the ground since Hurricane Milton blew it out of the tree in October of 2024. Ryan's a really nice guy, a local Chuluotan, very professional and very skilled. If you need any excavation, grading, land clearing, material hauling, tree services, junk removal, property management and construction preparation we highly recommend him.

Not so! He even sent me pictures as soon as he was done. I have already recommended him to the new homeowner, who I am sure will happily use this terrific lawn pro!
