One of my gigs is streaming online and content creation based on clips of my streams. Needless to say, I need IT troubleshooting and repair asap This IT service, which has surprised me for the most part, not only diagnosed the problem but, in fact, practically hands-on, showed what the hardware issue was and what needed to be fixed. To say the tech that looked at my gaming hardware went above and beyond is an understatement. The technician diagnosed my PC and spared no time in narrowing down the problem, detailing exactly what would be fixed and what the costs would be, even going so far as to return my PC to me at no extra charge. Before he left, he ensured the work was satisfactory, doing one final PC health check before he took any payment. They know what they're doing, and the work they do is not only high value, but if you happen to be a businessman/businesswoman or your livelihood in some way depends on a healthy hardware or software, make sure you give these guys a call. The work they do is practically white-glove service. 5/5

This is reasonable as I understand the tools, effort and increasing retail footage prices the charge covers. An intermittent problem is challenging. In the end, MSJ suggested a lower cost work around. I was very pleased as the TV performance has increased at a lower cost, all things considering. Electronics repair shops are fading away with buy new, heap it onto our increasing landfill challenges. We need organizations like MSJ. Thank you.

After a worrisome phone call to Sony Canada (where they wouldn't stand behind their product), I got…read morethe authorized Sony service provider number confirmed in hopes that it would be better than Sony Canada. HURRAH! I am happy to say my chat with Henry at MSJ was a very good one and I went from thinking I would have to buy a new television to happily being told that the repair we got should last the run of the television (at least another 10 years at the rate it is used). When I called, Henry asked about the problem as well as the model number of the television. He was able to schedule someone to come out (he told me up front that the service call would be 65$ and then he also said the tech would do the diagnostic on site and let us know our options). Sure enough, Kevin came within two days of me calling and right on time. He brought with him what the problem would have been (and it was--the bulb), fixed it and off he went. The total charge, including the labour and the bulb (and service call) was 300$....a MUCH better price than contemplating going out and buying a new television. In fact, Kevin said that the new televisions out there now (plasma/SMART/ect) are actually worse than the older ones (bought 10 years ago) because if something goes wrong, parts are harder to get (and take longer to repair) or in some cases, there are no parts available. In this case, happily, what was "State of the Art" 13 years ago is still as good as it was when we bought it thanks to the replacement of the bulb. And this includes, a 60 day warranty on parts and labour along with a "please call me if you have any problem" :-) He assuredly said we shouldn't since we have a solid television and this is the most we would ever have with it in terms of repair. We can happily watch Sunday Italian Seria A soccer with no worries :-)
