I used the 'request a quote' function on Yelp and King's Peak offered the best price. They also offered to come by within the week, which was great. Now, I had had a different drywall contractor come by and do some work for me before and he did an awful job (no names, sorry), so naturally I was a bit nervous about this situation. Especially considering that King's Peak had quoted me a much better price than the other guys. Obviously, I didn't need to worry at all. They did an amazing job on my walls, and they even took the extra time to smooth out some other spots nearby that needed some work. And they even took the time to fix the horrible job the last contractor did, at no extra charge at all! I would highly recommend King's Peak to anyone needing pro sheetrock or drywall work in the valley.

The first company was horrible, and we ended up hiring another company to fix their work. For the 2nd phase, the upstairs, we reached out to Kings Peak for a quote. They came in at half the price of the company that did the basement and the work was better. Sal is a master at his craft and our walls and ceilings are beautiful. The crew showed up on time, worked fast and cleaned up everything when they left. Would recommend to anyone!

Afa updated the entire ceiling with a modern texture (old texture contained sand) and it looks like it was freshly installed. He offered to prime and paint the entire 800 square feet and provided a competitive quote. We hired him to paint as well. We are extremely please with the quality of work that was done, the timeliness, as well as the price. Highly recommended--we'll have him back for our next project.

He framed a tray ceiling to conceal the pipes that looks like a million bucks! He skim-coated some paneling in a spot that was too tight for drywall and no one could ever spot the difference. He is an extremely hard worker, coming early mornings, late nights and Saturdays to get the job done. We were happy he brought his high school kids along to help and felt really good supporting a family business. We have more projects ahead and Afa will be the only one we call!

He also doesn't meet the time line he gave us, literally the project should be completed in a max of 5 weeks according to the contract we signed, so far we are in week 9 and the project for my basement is halfway done, now I have to basically to call him to see where they are, and he pretty much just get me excuses. For the last 2 weeks he has been telling me that we where going to get the project finished by Sunday, and when the day comes he just bring up the most ridiculous excuse and don't even show up to the job site. Would never ever recommend or do business with him or his company, the quality is ok, but the irresponsibility takes all that back.
