Adoni Kokkinos, the CEO, was personally involved in the transition of our books & records, and took time to personally show me how to use their invoice portal. He attended several of our board meetings as well as meeting with me one-on-one to talk about the key points of being a successful board member. Now that we are up and running with Newell, our day-to-day operations are being handled by Mark Dennis. Mark is an experienced professional and within a relatively short time frame has helped us with the following: - Finding a contractor for masonry and other work needed for flood mitigation - Helping us with estimates for potentially cost pool equipment repair - Intervening with sensitive board member issues and unit owner issues - Helping us with termite issues - Recording and transribing of our board meetings Overall, we have found Newell to be responsive whether through phone, email or text.
