I have been coming for years. Firstly for a signature facial and ongoing for waxing. The facial was relaxing as you would expect from a treatment. I always leave with an overly greasy face though. I'd like to try a massage next. If pain is a con for taking a trip to Brazil (let's be honest, it will never be an enjoyable experience), take it from someone that has had many over the years; the girls here are as gentle as they come. I was surprised and relieved. All staff are friendly and professional. Their booking policy requires a $30 deposit for all appointments over 30 minutes. The deposit is rolled over or deducted from the cost if you don't rebook. No shows are a major blow to any business so don't take offense. They have more recently completed renovations. Updating the colour scheme to dark grey/blue and white which is sleek and modern. Seem to be having ongoing issues with their software regarding confirmations etc but always endeavour to get in contact to ensure you don't lose your spot. read more
