In a beautiful section of Marbella, Spain several kilometers away from the over crowded beach region lays Sidrería Manolo a meat centric restaurant that is absolutely wonderful.
Our host for the night is a dear friend and his lovely extraordinary woman who knows everyone and everything "Spanish"!
Sidreria Manolo is their local "steakhouse" and I see why.
Everything on Sidreria's menu is excellent, but having the last five days of Marbella throwing every seafood known to man at us, we all were ready for some "red meat" carnivore style dinner; and we certainly got it!
We ordered:
Ribeye
T-Bone
Flank steak
Lamb Chops
and several other animals I couldn't pronounce or identify.
We were all looking forward for this being to be our final night traveling (its been three weeks) and ending this eating extravaganza for once and for all; but wait, there's more; a Ka-Billion side dishes started coming out like The Sorcerer's Apprentice mops and buckets.
There was so much food on our table, we needed another table for this stockpile.
All in all, it was a great dinner and a terrific way to send us home with 8 lbs. we acquired during this trip.
Now, the gym, H20, long walks, grains, fruit and lo-Cal everything. read more
