I was informed this morning when i called to reschedule that the office now goes by a different name. They also said their new policy does not allow them to reschedule Saturday appointments if you miss one. Like I said I've been a patient for over 10 years and never before missed an appointment. I work 2 jobs so it's not possible for me to make a weekday appointment. And I also live pretty far away. I'll be looking for a new dentist office. Probably a blessing in disguise

A very nicely decorated office with bottle water and coffee out in the Patient waiting area. The dental assistant very knowledgeable and friendly. Step by step everything was explained. Dr. Kassem took the time to explain all the necessary work needed to my teeth. Very pleased all in all. Didn't wait long at all. I'm very happy we no longer go to the other dentist across town where you wait 1 hour or more and then the receptionist comes on yelp to lie just to protect their reputation. The restaurant next door, CinderBar, can get crowded at night (when iSmile is closed) and has limited parking. Yes, I saw the 'towing' sign in the iSmile lot, but didn't think they'd really tow @ 9:00 pm on a Saturday night when the dental office was dark. But, yes...they did tow my car. I understand restricting your lot to your staff & patients during your open hours, but towing when you're closed? That's just not friendly or neighborly at all. I'll look elsewhere for my cleanings and certainly will be sharing my story.

I cant express how great they are in just a simple review. You have to go there and see for yourself. Trust me-you will feel the same as I do! Im not a fan of going to the dentist and they were very considerate and gentle-they let me know what they were doing at all times and they let me tell them to stop if I needed them to. After that, I had to wait another 20 minutes to meet with the financial coordinator. Once that meeting was completed, I was told I would have to wait another hour to see the dentist again because I had been moved to the back of the line behind four other patients. I don't understand how someone with a scheduled appointment is treated like a walk-in because of delays caused by the office's own process. When I expressed my concerns, the office manager was dismissive and acted as if I was being unreasonable for not wanting to spend several hours at the office for a scheduled appointment. To make matters worse, when I asked the financial coordinator what prescription I would be receiving, his response was, "I don't know, I'm not a doctor." While I understand he may not know the answer, the response came across as unprofessional and unhelpful. A simple offer to check with the dentist would have been appreciated.
