Owner, Husky, was paid in full for a piece he didn't complete. When I asked when he could finish, he tried to get me to pay more to book. You can see in the screenshots he told me the design would take minutes but then tried to say I was lucky he never charged me for the entire day it took him to do a design. You see he was paid. And then you see he admitted TODAY that he didn't finish the piece. Then he tried to lie and act like the person that referred me to him (cause he is the business and I'm the consumer smh I can't be referred to him, that makes no sense) saw my comments and was talking down on me. Spoke to a melIssa stated I wanted to make a tattoo appointment and was told I could come in at 7:30 so we showed up at 7:15 the Female tattoo artist was still doing a tattoo so we waited Until 8:00 she stated she was going to do a walk in ahead of us because we didn't put a deposit so we were considered a walk in as well. I was NEVER told to put a deposit down and I was told that we for sure had an appointment reserved. I came to Janet to have her make a custom dream catcher for my body, and she did an amazing job!! She did great work with making it colorful and realistic while fitting it to the shape of my body. She went above and beyond in making sure all of the details were on point. It took over 10 hours between two sessions, and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She put so much detail and thought into the design and creation of my tattoo. She was also great about checking up on me between/after sessions to make sure the healing was going well. I've been coming to Courtney Moore for about a year now - she's done all three of my tattoos (two scripts and one large full color side piece) and I LOVE all of them! The color piece was a galaxy scene, I spent so long trying to find an artist that could actually make that effect with a tattoo gun but it's perfect, like a watercolor space dream! All three healed quickly and with no problems at all, the color piece was the only one I had real pain during the tattooing with, but to be fair it's a side rib piece and I only tapped out after 4 hours. And the colors are still just as vivid and beautiful almost a year later! Overall amazing artist, great shop, great vibe, everyone is always really cool whenever I'm there. Perhaps most importantly for me as a woman, although my artist is Courtney (also a woman) I've been there when the male artists were around and they've never made me feel like anything less than a valued customer, even when I was pacing around the shop in my bra taking a break. The shop is really clean and always has good music or a good movie playing. You feel like your chillin just at home. Victor does all my tattoos and This dude gets down. He isn't afraid to tackle anything and his style is very unique. Always makes sure your comfortable when getting tattooed. All the other artists are nice too. Always crackin jokes making it a fun environment to be near. They also have a nice tea shop downstairs so food is never too far away. I had that tattoo that I was unhappy with for 8 years, and I was worried about how bad the pain was going to be. Husky not only created an amazing tattoo, but completely covered the old one up!
