Fortunately we were able to randomly find Lake Como Driver on google. I think this is a husband and wife team running a small "taxi" service (but really more like a black car service). Alessandro doesn't speak much English, but we were able to work out pickup and drop off locations over the phone with his wife. Prompt pickup, nice car (newer model Range Rover), and easy to work with. I'm assuming they'd prefer to be booked on a longer term basis, but we were super happy he could pick us up on short notice. Also, both were very nice. Starting off with a buon giorno and parla inglese and finishing with a grazie probably helps (i speak zero italian, but it's always good to make an effort!). Mostly I'm writing this because the ride was pleasant, but also because there are so few reviews for car service around Lake Como. Hope it helps someone!

The drivers were on time and the cars were spotless, new and comfortable . All the drivers navigated the narrow curvy roads and traffic very well . I want to thank all the drivers , Mauro , Lorenzo and sorry I'm not sure about our last drivers name, maybe Davide. They were all informative and we had some interesting conversations . Wish could give them 0 stars... They have charged us twice…read moreon one card. Then another time on our security hold card. So three times!!! We are very upset... Rented from them, in Bergamo airport pick up was fine. She even offered us upgrade which we took for gps. We paid in full, then got car late. Once we got car it had a scratch and passenger finder missing. They marked it on chart. Once we were off, car need oil, windshield wiper fluid, and blue. They told us to put it in and we would refund us. Return car, they said everything was good. But they didn't give us our refund we had to write in. Then day later got a charge of 500 on our card. This is crazy!! Now we have to go through trying to get it removed. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Both Europcar numbers I've got were completely unreachable! There was a branch of Europcar on the map that we went to and it wasn't even there anymore! Now, 4 months later they charge me 2x 56 euros of administration fees to forward me the notification that a fine will come to me.. completely outrageous.. I'll never have anything to do with this company anymore
