So we named our trip OTR 2 Disney (on the run was the tour name). I ordered the shirts well into advance for my trip, and was happy that it was ready right on time. There was a little mixup with the shirt when i first went to pick it up, it only had the OTR on it. I informed Gary of the mistake, and he ensured me that he can fix both shirts within 20 mins if i don't mind waiting. I made sure to explain i wanted Disney red (the red that is the same color as Disney) along with an official Disney logo so it doesn't look cheap, and he did exactly what i wanted. Also, he does all sizes. My sister is a small, and i am and XL to 2x and we didn't have any issues with sizing. The tshirts fit perfectly and they were super soft as well. (Score!) All in all, i would highly recommend these guys (Ben and Gary) for any custom items. I'm planning another Disney trip this summer with the family, and will more than likely purchase again for all of us. Thanks so much for the great customer service, and the shirt. I have used MKC for years and I am always disappointed. They always take longer than have promised…read morewith low quality. I bought many things from MKC and there were always issues. I got a zip up that was needed for my little's reveal and almost didn't come in on time. I had to constantly be emailing and saying I needed it by a specific date, even if it costs more. When the zip up did come, it was missing half of the customizations and they refused to offer any compensation, besides a refundfor the ones they forgot to add. I got my little a jersey and the custom fabric is $30 for each side, amounting to $60. It is ridiculous, but i did it because no one else has the specialty fabric that can be used on our letters, and I really do like the specialty fabrics. I luckily did not have a rush on it, and did some customizations at a different greek apparel store, so I didn't have any issues until I got it. The quality was extremely poor for the amount of money that was spent on it. There were lose threads, the fabric wan't flat when it was sewn on, and overall it looked /messy/. I got my other little a jersey from another Greek apparel company and it was much better quality. Now, I have recently ordered two line jackets with just a few customizations. Their production time was listed as two weeks. It was ordered 2/11. It is now 3/5. The jackets have not even been shipped out yet. I do not mind it it takes a long time, I completely understand because it is all customized, however, I would just like to be told if it will take longer than expected. I asked when I first placed the order i asked If I can receive the jackets by the first week of March and they said it was "possible". Why would you tell me it was possible if it wasn't . It is not even shipped yet. I like the look of MKC and how they make the letters, and there are also not many greek apparel shops to choose from, but I think the pro's are outweighing the cons at this point. I recommend literally any other custom greek letter company over MKC Threads.

I made my way to their Bleecker location where I sat for a half hour trying to make a decision. The customer service I received was excellent which is why it pains me to write this review. Bianca and a young man assisted me. They had their hands full on this particular day as the store was receiving a ton of traffic. They managed to help everyone out in a timely fashion and answer all questions so kudos to them for that. Now, back to these here cases. *rolls eyes* It was so hard making a decision! There's so many fonts, colors, emojis, and styles to choose from. Finally, I decided on my initials with one emoji. In 5 minutes my case was done! I was so excited, I failed to examine it. Part of me felt I didn't have to though. These cases aren't cheap! I was by no means expecting Otterbox protection but damn, can two initials and an emoji last more than 2 days and be centered properly? I bought my case on Saturday. It's Tuesday and specks of rose gold are scattered all over the back of my case. How disappointed am I? I had plans of coming back to get another but I definitely won't be doing that. I contacted TDE about this and they invited me to come in to resolve the issue. However, there's no excuse for a personalized $70 case to look like crap 48 hours in. I'll definitely stop by the store and see what they can do but I'm hesitant to say this won't happen again. It's clear to me that the quality of these cases is subpar. If you're looking for longevity and quality, this ain't it. If you want to post about the cute new phone case you purchased on IG and forget about it shortly after? Go for it. TDE is all Instagram hype and aesthetic. Quality is not their top priority.
