First time with a new Dr since mine moved on. This joker thought he'd write a "story' (his words)…read moreon my situation and then read it to me. Like I'm only a chart, it was insulting. But hey "I'm cured!' what would I do with out his affermation.

Incompetent and RUDE!!!…read more I would rather die than see these jokers! His first appointment they said they scanned in my husband's insurance card but instead set him up on self pay and sent us to collections. All along we tried telling them we had insurance. Then my husband was scheduled a month out to have an appointment to refill his medicine. Hours before his appointment they call to reschedule because they said he was put on the wrong doctors schedule and they wouldn't see him. Then was scheduled for the next day to see what we believe to be the "correct" doctor. 45 minutes before his appointment the next day they called to say the doctor would not refill his medicine and that he wouldn't be seen. No other explanation, nothing. Then I was understandably upset and telling the receptionist that I wanted to speak with the manager, which she stated wasn't there, then said she wasn't going to deal with me any longer and hung up the phone. I worked as a nurse in healthcare for over eight years and have never been treated this way or had such incompetent care. Don't go here if you value your time and your life.

Dr Zhou took him in and rolled out the red carpet. The staff is fantastic! They are so patient and compassionate. The lab and infusions are all done in the same building, so results come back quickly.

I've been giving the Multicare Regional Cancer Center 5 star reviews as their doctors are top…read morenotch. I went there for radiation. Unfortunately - I won't be going there again and will seek follow-up care from other physicians. Getting treatment here requires that I pay two co-payments for a single visit. I have to pay one copayment to see the doctor and a second copayment because I saw the doctor at the regional cancer center - which is where the physician's office is located. Essentially - I have to pay a facility charge to rent the exam room. This is a bogus charge that the Multicare charges to offset their expenses in general. I had been recommending Multicare but, unfortunately, can no longer do so. Having to pay copayments and the uncovered charges is bad enough but having to make TWO copayments for a single visit is bad medicine. I asked them to waive the copay portion (my portion) since they had already collected from my insurance company but they refused and the phone agent, Robert, would not escalate my request to get it waived. I can pay one copayment but two is too much. They've lost my business. There are plenty of good doctors at facilities that don't make money grabs like this.

Something has happened to the quality of care by Northwest Medical Specialties. The communication…read moreand follow-up is horrible. As a previous cancer patient served by this office years ago, the compassion I received then is now gone. This time my husband is the patient. What has happened to this once fine and helpful clinic? Having worked in the medical field for almost 20 years, now retired, this protocol would not have been acceptable in our clinic. I am in disbelief our experience here thus far. Especially the lack of urgency or follow up with a patient that is worried they might have cancer.
