She was compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Most importantly, she took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood my diagnosis, treatment options, and next steps. Her professionalism and calming demeanor immediately put me at ease. I would also like to recognize Gianni, the dental assistant, for being so thorough, efficient, caring, attentive, and supportive throughout my visit. What really stood out was how seamlessly Dr. Gomez and Gianni worked together as a team. Their communication, coordination, and attention to detail made the entire process run smoothly and ensured I received exceptional care every step of the way. Additionally, Jorge, the dental X-ray technician, was excellent--professional, patient, and efficient. The entire staff at Dr. Feins' practice deserves praise. Without regard for approved lab facilities for those in non-traditional health plans. How can a dental medical facility deal with only one lab, no other labs approved for people without out of network coverage. She treated me terribly and would not let me talk to the owner if the practice. She has done sort of power issue. I have been going here with my husband and son for years and I will be leaving the practice because of her. Too bad because I love Dr Gomez whom I have been seeing for the past several years. Very very disappointed and angered by the lack of regard for my son's situation. And just kept saying no we don't deal with any other lab which to me is an insane for any medical practice. Oh and kept saying we're a dentist but dentists are doctors and they have oral surgeons (aren't they doctor too)? I'm so upset that my heart is pounding out of my chest from this experience. To be told flat out NO we can't send your sample to any other lab but the one we use.

I had doctor Perrino do my extractions (all 4) and I really felt listened to and in good hands. He called to check in after my surgery which wasn't expected but very nice to receive. When I called a week and half after my surgery I was able to schedule a follow up (no charge) and he provided advice and stretching exercises when I came back in after I expressed concern about my locked jaw. My nurse Jasmin (I believe her name was) was also a real help when I came out from anesthesia. Hannah is at the desk to handle financials when you finish your consultation /surgery and I appreciated her insight and transparency when it came to the cost. From my experience, I would definitely recommend this office.

Everyone was warm and welcoming from the start- including the receptionist, Stef the dental assistant, and Dr. Angela Kim. I liked that Dr. Kim gave me the option to put on a stronger temporary cement for my crown in case I had to wait longer for my permanent. Also, I liked how Stef noticed the dental light was shining in my eyes and moved it. The office is beautiful and I liked that they didn't push any extra products. I do think they are a bit pricey compared to my regular dentist, but for an emergency visit it was well worth it for me.

If your teeth are otherwise fine and you are having no difficulties and this practice starts acting dramatically, painfully probing your gums claiming you have alarming bone loss and telling you you need more than a regular cleaning, like a deep cleaning or dental scaling and root planing as they told me, run and get a 2nd opinion stat!!! I did and found out from a reputable practitioner that East Madison exaggerated my bone loss, suggesting that I would soon lose my teeth, evidently to frighten me into agreeing to a totally unnecessary, painful and expensive procedure. I was told by my new dentist who also gently checked that my bone loss was not severe and I was not at risk for losing my teeth, dhouldI live to be 100 as long as I continue to take care of them as I have. East Madison is a multi-practice complete with endodontists and state of the art, expensive equipment and the money to pay for it all reasonably has to come from its clients. Understandable, that there would be a somewhat larger bill at such a practice if run ethically. Unfortunately, the temptation to push unneeded procedures must be high. When I do get a call back, she is rude, talks more than she listens, was unapologetic and put the blame directly on me despite previously being told this would be covered, strike 3, I am OUT.
