Alicia is a magician, she made an open field with crazy wind and direct sun look like the most epic background! She has such a great eye for photos, is incredibly flexible when nature or newborns don't cooperate (as ours didn't), and honestly made both shoots really fun. Alicia posed us, made us laugh, and gave us a chance to be ourselves, but best of all she captured photos that I will treasure for a lifetime. Couldn't recommend Alicia more, and will be calling her again and again for family photos

He was also very helpful about directing what to be worn, hair and makeup specifications, and any other helpful information about what to expect. Keith was easy to coordinate with ahead of time and always extremely responsive, which made the planning process smooth. Our photographer Robin was excellent. He helped us schedule the day to make the most of our time while still being mindful of the flow. We had a few special requests, like a photoshoot with our dog Bowie on the Embarcadero, and he made it all happen seamlessly. He also planned ahead to capture us at sunset overlooking the Bay Bridge, which turned into one of our favorite shots. We originally chose Robin for his incredible candid photography (since we're not naturals at posing), and we are so glad we did! Even our guests commented on how many wonderful candids he captured. At the same time, he guided us through posed photos when needed and brought a creative vision that went far beyond the basics we had in mind. It's also clear that Robin truly loves what he does - his enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. On top of everything, he delivered our photos back to us in just one week, which is unheard of and so greatly appreciated. It was a lot of fun working with Robin - he was easygoing, professional, and stuck with us through a long day with such positive energy. We would absolutely recommend him and Lynds Photo & Video to anyone looking for wedding photography.

I brought four outfits from home, but ended up borrowing from the studio one amazing piece. Along with shoes and jewelry this studio was stocked. Christina the owner and photographer was so talented. I never felt rushed. She did not seem like she was in a hurry. She made sure I was positioned to be the most flattering and would help me adjust things as needed. Once my session was over, she explained to me the process for getting my album. She gave me options for the cover and let me choose the photos I wanted in the album. Along with that came a flash drive with all of my photos taken on the day. Within two weeks my album arrived at my door and it is beautiful. I would recommend this studio to anyone who might be afraid to do a session like this. I was never uncomfortable and I'm not normally photogenic. This was a great experience!

Holiday mini sessions…read more Sessions are short (15 mins) Instructions say to come 10-15 mins early so we can start on time Elaine was running a whole group behind and didn't bother to text or email. So we are waiting about 30 mins in total for our session. Would advise to give notice or not book back to back bookings if unable to stay on schedule. A lot of families esp with younger kids or infants might find it challenging to keep their little ones entertained and happy while waiting. The session itself was good - Elaine was professional and recommended poses for us, as well as listening to our asks/ vision and trying to bring that vision to life. The location was outdoors / near a park/ surrounded by trees. However given the time of year there was a lot of colorful foliage and backdrops that would've been nice to incorporate but did not. But ultimately it depends on the "look" or vibe you are going for. With a mini session I understand we were working with limited options. I would think a full session would offer much more flexibility and creativity. The photos themselves are alright. As expected given the price point. I'm happy we were able to squeeze in a holiday session last minute that didn't break the bank completely. Great for a one time experience, unsure I would book again in the future.
