Owner did eventually give me a full refund after several attempts from myself. Both claim that it was something he "just said to himself and no one was supposed to hear". Well, he didn't say it to himself; he said it to another employee over the phone and I heard it loud and clear. The employee and owner don't seem to be sorry that he named called my son, only that he got caught name calling my son. They keep trying to defend the employee rather than just simply say that they are sorry, feel horrible, and try to make it right by us. An angry mother has no interest in how well this worker does, just let me vent to you, take it, and don't argue back with me. It also seems like the owner values his time more than his customers' time bc he hasn't tried to make an appointment with me (after my asking) and couldn't come back to the office to sign a paper twice. I would definitely NOT recommend this business.
