We used the storage recently and everything was fine. The guy we met was nice and let us firmed a contract. We sent them a termination of the contract after 3 weeks because we did not want to use the storage any more longer. They have 15 days cancelation policy which is all right, we signed it. Then we received the invoice and we did not believe what we have seen. The sum was high so we asked. You know what happened? They charged us the whole month of insurance of 15 euros though the unit was empty the month before. There were 5 days we should pay in a new month extra, because of that cancelation policy, but you should pay the whole month of insurance. So, they found the way how to charge a customer more. Be really careful what you sign with this company. It looks better then it is at the end. read more
