In November 2024, after meeting in person, I discussed a strategy with Jesse Caldwell. I made the first payment, and a letter was supposedly sent to Gastonia Home Improvement LLC--though I was never given confirmation that it actually was. Two weeks later, Jesse requested additional evidence such as videos and photos, which I provided immediately. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up, I received no meaningful updates from the firm for months. Then, in May of this year, I received only a voicemail stating that the firm had discovered a conflict of interest and could no longer pursue my case. At no point during those many months did anyone mention that a conflict of interest was even a possibility. As a result, I went from being a client to what feels like just a donor--one payment, no progress, and no resolution.

On court day they contacted me to resend the information I had previously sent because they lost it. I was told that this ticket would be excused under a one time forgiveness rule. This coat me in excess of $600 to keep this off my wife's driving record. Unfortunately they didn't do what they were payed to do. My insurance went up $1,200 a year for the next three years because they did so thier job. Don't waste your money on this firm.
