They have gorgeous colourful tops and dresses, perfect for the Summer season. You won't find skimpy dresses for 18 year olds here. This store sells clothing that are fashionable and conservative. They carry rare labels as well as many Australia designer labels. Boo Radley, which is a fave of mine can be found here also! In addition to their lovely clothing options, they have a unique range of accessories. Many funky and vibrant and others rare and extremely unique. This store also sells wonderful things for the home such as beautiful pillows with made of handprinted fabric. This store is truly a delight for ladies who love a little light shopping in between coffees and chats in Graceville.

Also, given their late Friday night opening hours, it's conceivable that you could pop in here to pick up some emergency fashions in the frustrating event that you are knocked back for being "too casual mate". I've often looked here for jeans because they really do have some of the best brands in stock -- labels like Wrangler, Lee, G-Start Raw Denim and Neuw. The salesperson was quite good at suggesting options that I might like based on my input and describing the more intricate nuances of each design. On a recent visit I noted that they've done a bit of a reshuffle to the layout of the place, creating more room and eliminating some of the clutter. (Think an artfully arranged plethora of good looking handbags.) The decor is fresh and modern and the space really lets the products speak for themselves. The sales staff are super friendly and knowledgable, and I am suitably impressed with the range of sweet totes, bags and wallets. (The wilderness collection is my pick.) Next time you're in a bag rut or in need of impossibly cute shoes (Tinkerbell platforms I'm looking at you!) I recommend giving Mimco a go.

I have a fairly small build and it is surprisingly hard to find small sizes sometimes. The dresses here are in a range of sizes, down to size 6. They have dresses for formals, bridesmaids and brides plus a range of cocktail and more casual dresses. The style is fun evening wear and simple but classy formal wear. The quality of the clothes at first glance is really good. Upon closer inspection, the materials of some of them maybe isn't the highest but then again the prices are fantastic so why not get a couple? Lately they have brought a more professional feel to the clothes in the back of this store and I have been able to put on a skirt or two which I find astounding, so it's good that they are trying to appeal to a wider demographic over the size 8 area. The kids running the shop are pretty helpful with fashion tips and advice, not that you'd want them to advise you if you're like me (in my 30s) but it's always good to know maybe refresh myself about what's 'in' these days. Always full of colour, always full of funky little things, every now and then you can find something that looks pretty damn stylish, even if you have to layer.

Is it possible that fifteen years ago Dotti was my favourite clothes store and I often wore their label out in public? Either times have changed or I have. Dotti is definitely the go-to place if you're a perky nineteen year old looking for a clubbing dress. They still do a good impersonation of high street fashion. Prices have gone up considerably though, as has skirt lengths. To make up for it, neck lines are lower. This shop would definitely be a favourite amongst teenagers but for me, I think it's time to cover up.

I kind of love this store though just because of its eccentricity in the items it does bring over. They stock everything from dresses to shoes and more but be warned that most of them are made for petite girls and come in mainly small sizes. There are some funky clothes here but I really love this place for its accessories. X-Heart stock a range of cosmetic contacts that are to die for. They are called Cosmeeyes Japanese Hyper Eye series that are like contacts on steroids. They are massively bigger than your average pupil and iris combined, making you look somewhat like an anime character when you wear them. And they come is a range of really cool colours. It is definitely worth wandering into X-Heart just to have a look at the cool and unique items they sell.

They have great prices and great quality stuff. Out of all the times i have been here i dont think i have ever walked out empty handed. I only just the other day walked out with a fantastac large handbag and nice rope chain bracelet and only paid $35 all up. You tell me where you can go with a great bargain like that. Not only that but the girls that work there i find always to be really friendly and welcoming and never pushy. It may have just been unlucky timing for my visit though; it's clear to see this is a great place for ladies' clothing.
