After my first consultation, her recommendations helped me lose 5 pounds in a month and my eczema flareups reduced so much. Helen really took her time to analyze my daily and diet habits and worked with me to find a routine I can stick to. She ordered some supplements to take over the course of 2 months to help heal my gut and fight off any infections. After about 3 months with working with her, I have no more brain fog, my eczema cleared up, I have so much energy throughout the day and feel so much happier. Helen is super warm, smart and sweet! When I first walked into her office, she welcomed me in and made my mother and I some yummy tea! Helen is so great and really cares for you to get healthier. Go to Helen!!! I promise you won't regret it!!!

I've been with Dr. Sari for about six years and I love her. She's a true partner on my health…read morejourney. She's warm, caring and nonjudgmental. If I come across an article about some new drug or other health news that I'm interested in, I can send it to her and we'll discuss if it's right for me. When I go in for an appointment, she takes her time to listen and talk about my concerns. Truly, I give her my highest recommendation. She's a rare jewel in our crowded, chaotic health care system!

I reached out because I feared I may have contracted a very scary life-threatening medical issue- something that with better warning and follow up care on the part of her and a specialist, likely could have been prevented. When I got the diagnosis from Dr. Sari for the very thing I feared, I became understandably terrified, sad, and couldn't help but cry. I apologized for being upset and despite my own emotions, I felt it was important for me to give some feedback about why this diagnosis was extra upsetting to receive. I respectfully expressed that I felt I had been let down by her and the specialist for not being warned or given proper instruction to take a common OTC supplement that would've prevented this. While I was in tears because of the diagnosis, she quite literally scolded me over the phone because of this feedback. She deflected all responsibility onto the specialist, despite me reaching out to her to confirm the specialist's treatment plan was safe and well-informed for my situation- something I thought was a standard thing to expect of your primary care physician who has a more complete picture of your health history. She proceeded to have a complete emotional outburst and said some really nasty things to me, singling me out as a patient, and yelling over me as I tried to speak. I was completely stunned. Feeling very overwhelmed and upset by her argumentative confrontation in response to reasonable feedback, I tried to diffuse the situation by pleading with her, saying I didn't feel this was an appropriate time to do this, she had just given me a serious diagnosis. I had to get my tears together to reason with her and said "Dr. Sari, please I'm not trying to argue with you" - her exact words were "GOOD! THEN DONT!" Not to mention before the testing she said I could take an OTC med that, if I had the thing I was asking about, could've killed me. I'm glad I didn't take it, since my test was positive. While Dr. Sari is generally pleasant, it seems in times where it matters most, she lacks real compassion for people who are reasonably concerned about their health. I gave the same feedback to the specialist & he calmly and professionally heard my concern and agreed he should have mentioned the OTC supplement to prevent that diagnosis. Dr. Eitches' inability to remain compassionate and professional when giving someone a very scary diagnosis ensures I never want to receive bad news from her again. She made an already bad day so much worse, and I initially thought there must be something major going on in her personal life, surely she'll realize how inappropriate that was later, but she never reached out to apologize for how she handled that day. That says the most of all to me. I debated writing this review because she was so immediately reactionary I expect she might write a response implying (as she did while scolding me over the phone that day) that I was a difficult patient, in order to deflect from her completely inappropriate behavior. Before our call she already seemed to be annoyed that I emailed after hours when I became violently ill suddenly, despite me being told by her it's fine to call with questions and concerns during office hours and to email after hours- something I only did when I was genuinely concerned about my health & I very rightly was in this case. I said I was happy to make an appointment- my after hours email was just to get an initial read on whether my situation was life-threatening & get tested before a long holiday weekend where things would be closed. Maybe that makes me a difficult patient to a doctor like Dr. Eitches. But I'm writing this review ultimately because this has deeply affected me emotionally & made me avoidant of seeking out care. I will also be at higher risk of getting this issue again for the rest of my life. I don't want another potential patient to be the emotional punching bag for Dr. Sari, and be spoken to as if you're a bother, and a nuisance for being concerned about severe and sudden symptoms. It cost me $350 for the 15 minute phone call where I was dismissed, shamed and screamed at that day. A doctor is not just there to order tests or write prescriptions- especially one who doesn't accept insurance for "better care". How doctors listen to us and speak to us matters. Nothing will outweigh the bottom line- A doctor should never EVER talk to a patient the way she talked to me, let alone while in tears during a scary diagnosis. I had many good years with her like many reviews reflect but this is a real possibility of what you might get with her, as I did, completely unexpectedly. I recommend if you're on the fence, you seek out someone without any history of brazenly scolding a scared patient, with seemingly no remorse.

A close friend referred me who thought I'd love Dr Ed's perspective, I had been looking for a holistic doctor near my home in Beverly Hills, who is also a licensed MD. I contacted the office in November 2022. 3 month waitlist, and I signed up. Extremely excited, I waited for my possible appointment, they called saying theres an available appt with Dr Molly in December. I didn't know anything about Dr Molly but I had skipped a pediatric visit at my current pediatrician's office just to make this switch for my 9 month old daughter. I believed this office was everything I had been looking for, and I was very excited! They sent paperwork to review to secure the appt, after doing so I got a text and email CONFIRMATION. Certain that my appt was confirmed, I switched my pediatric office! A few days before my appt I received a call from the office, during WORK HOURS ON A BUSINESS DAY, missed the call, uncertain I called back, left a voicemail requesting a call back. I didn't get a call back and figured it was just to confirm my appt which I had ALREADY confirmed via text/email. The day of my appt I arrived, being 5 mins late I called the office to let them know i'm parking my car. MICHELLE, said they do not see an appt for me, letting me know they had called me to let me know that I had to return paperwork that they only allow 24 HOURS in which it has to be filled out and returned. I continuously apologized, for the confusion and begged for them to let me still visit the doctor since my baby was with me and she had skipped a mandatory dr visit at 9 months, and had SEVERE ECZEMA. As I explained, she refused and said I will not be able to attend the appt. She literally made it seem like a punishment. I asked to get back on the waitlist after numerous apologies. Waited for 30 days and called back to see where my position stands to make a decision as my baby turned 10 months. Michelle said she doesnt see me on the waitlist, and then dodged me. I called again hoping I deal with someone else a week after, it was her again. Again saying I'm not on the waitlist, but noting that I'm on a SEPARATE WAITLIST, FOR PEOPLE WHO MISS PAPERWORK. The separate waitlist doesnt exist fyi, it's in her HEAD. According to her psychotic nature, the "separate list" is used when there's room AFTER AND ONLY AFTER the regular list, which continuously adds people. So the separate list doesn't exist, and people on there will never get an appt. After the 4th time checking with them I got extremely frustrated. She mentioned that the main waitlist people are priority, so I told her that the way this practice is run makes ZERO sense. I said if my husband calls and gets on your "regular waitlist" then he will get an appt for my daughter before I do? Even though i've been waiting for 3 months? She said yes. My husband called and she immediately knew, saying that me (his wife) was "unfit" for this practice, noting that I missed initial application paperwork. My husband asked if they are allowed to refuse someone for the reasons of accidentally missing paperwork and she noted that they are a private practice and they can refuse to accept anyone they'd like at any given point of time, without ever seeing them! This place is the biggest joke on the face of this country. This girl has major issues, she takes a simple mistake completely personal in the weirdest way possible. She is ridiculous, bias, a bit psychopath and extremely irrational. She needs HELP. Dr Ed, I've heard good things about you, please get rid of this nonsense of a human being. Michelle only responds to NEGATIVE REVIEWS, using Dr Ed's personal account, using her nasty tone, constantly "quoting" your words, and bashing people in her nasty disgusting nature. She also ILLEGALY has others responding to negative reviews with other accounts using her disgusting tone again. I am 1 second away from taking this inhumane woman (who absolutely should not be working at a pediatric office with children) to court, for her psychotic behavior just to teach her a lesson. She is the perfect example of every HIPPA violation. She needs help. She needs Jesus. Stay away from this place people.
