I realize the lines were long but he decided he was more important then everyone else I guess. He knew it because the attendant at the window was had to find his order due to him going out of sequence. He will be glad to know he messed all the orders up behind him as well. If the company treats the customers like they do people on the road I'd go elsewhere.
