I have used multiple graphics businesses in the past. I won't name any names but I have used both local and other places around the state of WV. Then Showstopper Graphics opened and made all other graphics places I have used OBSOLETE. Not only is the quality of work top notch, but the manner in which business is conducted from Mr. Menendez is second to none. For my first order a few years ago, I needed T-Shirts for my business. I visited Showstopper Graphics to give them a chance. I am a small business owner of a single person company. I gave him my order along with a logo I made myself that I wasn't really fond of. Not only did the shirts come out far better than anything I could have imagined, Mr. Menendez took the time to design me a logo that would make my business stand out from the rest. I IMMEDIATELY ordered another batch of shirts on the spot. Since then I have used Showstopper Graphics dozens upon dozens of times. I have never had a single complaint with Showstopper! My products are always done in the time frame promised,if not sooner, and are always of the HIGHEST QUALITY. I really cannot say enough good things about Showstopper Graphics! Hands down best graphics business in north central West Virginia. Owner goes way beyond the call of duty to make sure you are happy with your product. Spends countless hours designing and obsessing over your custom made product just to make sure you are satisfied. Owner has a long history with business and creative arts. You can absolutely tell he loves what he does and his finished products show it. He honestly breaks his back to make sure every single order big or small is perfect and what the customer ordered. He has been doing this kind of work successfully for years and has plenty of happy customers to show for it. Its no coincidence that the town of Salem, WV has once again, 2 years now have not had their ducks in a row regarding their softball, minor and little league teams. (In reference to the two most recent reviews) No other local graphics business would have ever touched this big job that they gave him such short notice for when they needed their product. This is a fantastic place for high-quality, custom graphics orders. I have placed large orders through my place of employment, as well as ordered individual custom items. My daughter also has a few clothing items that were ordered by her dance school and from various sports teams. Every order I have placed has been completed prior to the date which it was promised to me. The owner goes above and beyond to create unique, quality products and to make his customers happy.
