Meh. I'll think twice next time I go here - I've had better experiences.
For such a small venue, they sure took a long time to get people in the door.
We were there for ZZ Top in April - we got there around 6:45, after doors opened and before the show start at 7:30. We weren't in our seats until 7:30 - they had multiple lines heading into the venue, with one only able to handle printed tickets "with barcodes" and one only able to handle QR codes and electronic tickets.
Parking was pricey for what it's worth - this isn't a real arena in a real city, just a college arena, so why is there tiered pricing? In any case, no matter which parking level you paid, there was no traffic control trying to get out. Again, for such a small venue in a small city, you would think they might have a few off-duty cops of campus parking who could help with traffic flow. read more
