I was experiencing pain and discomfort on my right knee. I was able to walk in to see the knee…read morespecialist in the Urgent Care department. Doctor Stowell examined me and quickly diagnosed my condition. The Dr ordered an MRI and prescribed medication for my ailment. I returned a couple of weeks later after the MRI and the doctor reviewed it. The doctor recommended I do not have a knee surgery . Instead he recommended I get a cortisone injection. I have been pain free for about 6 months. I returned several months later for pain in my heal. The examining foot doctor diagnosed plantar fasciitis and ordered physical therapy. The therapist indicated that the fasciitis is a result of chronic tightness in the calf muscle. The therapist performed a muscle relaxation massage on the calf and several stretches. Those exercises worked great!!
