Found the Fleenors here on yelp, contacted a couple different attorneys and Kim Fleenor was by far the most responsive and most human/humane. Other firms have an AI answering system, calls don't get returned, promises aren't kept when they say they'll get back to you. Kim was so incredibly kind and immediately made me feel a lot better about the situation. She had a list of concrete things my son needed to do and to send to them. The outcome was fantastic - charge was reduced to a non moving violation so no points! Couldn't recommend Kim and James more.

Going abouve and beyond, extremely thorough. Professional and so extremely well spoke. Willingly volunteers himself to take care of any little extras that may need to be handled to help out situations. My case was a dragged out land dispute and not only did he come up with the solution to make everyone involved happy, he came out to the property to see it himself. He also drew up the paperwork for all parties involved. He went with me to get copies of paperwork and deed needed at the courthouse. He also took the time, (now knowing a little about me), fairly new widowed, to check on a couple important issues, to be sure they were filed correctly and I had done things correct with properties we shared. I highly, highly recommend this man. With his qualities and character, you will not find anyone that begins to compare to the services he will provide. He is the absolute best I have ever been around. He is definitly the best anyone could ever hope for. By far! This experience just blew me away, and I thank you Mr. Carmody for representing me and being such a great person and lawyer. If I ever need another lawyer for anything, I will be calling you. Thank you again. Michelle
