Found the Fleenors here on yelp, contacted a couple different attorneys and Kim Fleenor was by far the most responsive and most human/humane. Other firms have an AI answering system, calls don't get returned, promises aren't kept when they say they'll get back to you. Kim was so incredibly kind and immediately made me feel a lot better about the situation. She had a list of concrete things my son needed to do and to send to them. The outcome was fantastic - charge was reduced to a non moving violation so no points! Couldn't recommend Kim and James more.

I don't plan on needing legal aid anytime soon, but I wouldn't hesitate to use the Fleenor's again. Paying them what is needed will save you more than what the trouble would have cost you. They go above and beyond to help their clients anyway they can. They really went out of the legal relm to help provide a new specialist all of my medical records because they had them all. I used Mr. Moffatt years ago for my bankruptcy from a previous marriage, he did a fine job, no issues. However, this being the first time I've seen his skills regarding divorce has been disappointing. Even the front desk lady has such poor customer service skills, it's frustrating just calling the office. Not ALL divorces are the same & I feel like the first few months of our daughters divorce process, he just assumed it would be cut & dry. However, this involved control, manipulative behavior, & emotional abuse. Her spouse has Bipolar & possible multiple personalities. It was just the two of them, no children. She had been living with us since Nov. 20, 2020. We told Moffatt we both had texts of her ex being verbally abusive. The house had been on the market until the ex's mental capacity got worse. When moving our daughter's belongings out in March, we saw the damage to the house & even brand new appliances. She contacted Moffatt that Monday & told him. It was during this conversation that we sent him pictures via email of the damage, THIS is when she felt like he finally saw just how serious this was! We just feel like she isn't any closer to ending this divorce, nor selling that house. She feels like more could have been done sooner in her divorce proceedings. Mr. Moffatt is hard to get a hold of, he hasn't been responding to her emails, so she has to call to see if any progress is being made. It's just been unprofessional.
