We have closed many deals together; however the last 3-4 deals I have lost thousands of dollars behind this company. Keep in mind they are the MIDDLE MEN and do not really fund any deals in house. In the beginning the communication was great, the updates on my loans were great. Then here recently for the last 8-9 months everything did a complete 360. I am unsure if its due to the owners Pedro and Dennyse also being real estate investors or what; but you literally have to hunt them down for updates. I have expressed my dissatisfaction with their communication more then a couple times, and it gets better for a couple days; then goes right back to crap. Ive had to call over 5x and send emails before I can get a response back to simple questions and concerns when it comes to my deals. I wait and wait and wait for documents he says is going to come and they never do. Not only do you feel neglected; you also feel ignored more times then not. I think the company has grown way too fast too soon. In the beginning the communication and the deals closed with a breeze; however now Its sad to say I don't think I will ever use their company again due to the simple lack of communication and even the attorneys we've worked with on deals with Campos Capital have been so appalled and baffled by their lack of response and lack of care. If you don't mind the element of surprise; wondering if or when your deal will close give them a shout. I personally can no longer continue to live on the edge wondering if a deal will close; after being told the deal is "a solid deal"

When I do them it shows that we owe a considerable sum. I decided to reach out to local community partners and see who I should go to for help. All I heard over and over again it was Robin Ritter! they would say you know, Robyn, she owns Paperwork Pros and she is only a block away from you go talk to her and see if she can help you. I decided to put my pride to the side and reach out for some help. I emailed her and asked when I could come over to her office and when I got there, I felt like I was sitting in front of my mother. She talk to me with such kindness and explained everything to me that I needed to hear. And I will say that when I thought I old money I ended up getting back money. And to make things even better, she explained to me about having a small business. The small businesses, the mom and Pop shops are the ones that look out for us the middle class! she helped us immensely, and I will be going back to her to file our tax returns this year. I have never felt so comfortable with anyone in my life. With that being said, her family owns other businesses that we will patronize because of their professionalism. We absolutely love the Ritter family and will do whatever we can to support them in their endeavors.
