There's a really homey, welcoming feel about this practice. It's small and personal so you feel…read morelike you're getting the attention and care that you need. All the doctors are friendly, and in my experience, they know their stuff. I've been seeing Dr Philippa Ho for a few years now and I'm so happy with her. There is no problem too big or small to have a chat to her about and she often goes the extra mile to make me feel better. The only downside of this small practice is that there are often waits to be checked in or to pay bills as only a couple of receptionists are at the front house running the operation and they are often swamped. But in my opinion, waiting in line or being put on hold on the phone for a few minutes is a small price to pay for good medical care.
