This is an excellent Physio practice. I've seen a few different practitioners in the last couple of…read moreyears and they've all been good at what they do; they are knowledgable and friendly. I am Pip's client at present and find her treatments to be effective; she is engaging and pleasant with a good sense of humour. I see her for Physio and clinical Pilates. They have a Pilates studio and a small gym as well. There are a lot of Physio practices around, but this Roland Jeffrey Physio is the best all-around practice I've found. You won't be disappointed.

I would marry this place if the law would allow it. Maybe me marrying Roland Jeffrey Physio can be…read morethe next extension of marriage equality (once we get the obvious no-brainer ones out of the way). I play a contact sport - I'm a blocker for Auckland Roller Derby. I go to RJ Physio to see my amazing physio Justin Lopes, who has helped me in two ways. The primary way Justin is amazing is helping me and my team strengthen ourselves to be top of our game and conditioned for the sport. Justin has provided us with weight programs, plyometric programs and exercises that teach us to use foam rollers, wobble boards and swiss balls to really strengthen our bodies. Using RJ Physio's well-equipped gym, Justin has really helped us stay on top. The second reason why I'm obsessed with this place is because of how my injuries magically evaporate with the help of the physios there. I've had two discs slip in my back (long haul flights and kettle bells be damned) and a rotator cuff injury over the years, and within six weeks I'm fighting fit. I've even had shin splints disappear before my very eyes, thanks to Justin's stabby little fingers (that are more helpful than they sound, or feel at the time!) If you're looking for a physio that is kind, attentive, active in your recovery and interested in aiding your strengthening, go and see the team at Roland Jeffrey Physio. I truly can't say enough about them.
