You can imagine the chaos and confusion this many people could cause lol. Michele came fully prepared with a literal family tree printed out, and was able to effectively and calmly move from group to group, helping people with poses, handling all the wild children, and just overall doing a fantastic job! :) We got our photos back today and they are SO GOOD!!! We have had family portraits done before, but Michele was by far the most professional, kind, and amazing photographer I've ever seen! 10/10 recommend, and we'll be using her again! :)

I honestly wish I could give zero stars…read more We paid $1,500 for wedding videography, and the final product was extremely disappointing. The video quality was poor (not 4K as expected), very shaky (the camera was even dropped multiple times), and important moments were completely missed -- including our ceremony exit and key reception introductions. The ceremony itself was filmed from behind guests, so you can barely see or hear anything. The audio was also unacceptable. We were promised professional sound, yet my dad's speech had music playing over it, and even overlapped with my father-daughter dance song -- completely ruining those moments. The photography was not much better. Edits were inconsistent, coloring was off, and basic retouching was missed. We also noticed missing photos from moments we know were captured, including pictures with family during dinner. Communication throughout the process was poor. Emails went unanswered for weeks, and when I followed up, I was told it was their "busy season." When I reached out about missing photos, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, this experience did not reflect what was promised or what we paid for. I would not recommend their services.

My wife and I recently had the absolute pleasure of having Todd and his assistant capture our…read morewedding, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience and the results. As two brides planning our special day, we wanted a photographer who not only had an artistic eye but also made us feel comfortable and celebrated. Todd and his assistant exceeded all of our expectations in every possible way. Before even speaking with Todd, we came across a couple's photo album at our wedding venue. We knew in that exact moment that we'd do everything we could to book with this photographer. From our first phone call, Todd made us feel at ease with his warm personality and genuine interest in our story. He took the time to understand our vision, and his enthusiasm for capturing our love was evident. Todd's professionalism was matched by his creative flair and extreme talent - and truly made us feel so comfortable. On the day of the wedding, Todd and his assistant were punctual and incredibly organized. They worked seamlessly together and with our videographers, and their unobtrusive presence allowed us to enjoy our day without feeling like we were constantly posing for the camera. Todd's assistant was equally delightful, always ready with a helping hand or a word of encouragement. Together, they formed a dream team that put everyone at ease, from the bridal party to our guests. They made both my wife and I feel like we were models - and our family - who can be a bit timid in front of the camera - exuded confidence with Todd. The results were nothing short of spectacular. Todd captured every moment beautifully, from even the smallest details. The emotion and joy of the day were perfectly preserved in every shot. Our portraits are stunning, and the candid photos are full of life and love. Todd has an incredible talent for capturing the essence of the moment, and we will cherish these photos forever. In addition to the breathtaking images, Todd's post-wedding service was outstanding. He provided a preview of our photos quickly, and the full gallery was delivered sooner than we expected. The quality and care he put into editing each photo were evident, and the final product was a true work of art. What we also loved about working with Todd is he was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process. Not only did he respond to our initial inquiry promptly, but he provided several vendor recommendations, checked in with us as we neared the big day to see if there's anything he could do to help, and always made us feel as though we weren't just another client, but we were a big priority to him. We cannot recommend Todd enough. He brought our wedding day to life in a way that we will treasure forever. If you are looking for a photographer who is not only skilled and creative but also genuinely cares about your special day, look no further than Todd. Thank you, Todd, for giving us memories we will hold dear for the rest of our lives.

I originally discovered Todd just clicking through various wedding vendors. What I liked most…read moreabout his work is his ability to capture tender moments between couples. I am happy he was able to do that for my husband and I - our engagement session and our wedding day look absolutely magical. When my husband and I met with Todd we knew right away he was our photographer - he was personable and his albums are absolutely STUNNING. I cannot wait to receive ours! As a graphic designer, I'm picky about these things and saw some very unimpressive albums by some highly rated Chicago Photographers. The layouts he puts together really tell a story and the Italian made album can't be beat. Todd is an amazing value for his talents. It was apparent after our wedding day that Todd's talents extend beyond the lens. He worked well with all of our different vendors and definitely helped me keep calm when things seemed tense (oh family!). Hiring Todd for our wedding was the best investment! I have the most beautiful photos of the most important day of my life - absolutely priceless.
