I was looking forward to get these photos done, but it ended up not being what I expected. Shooters was fine...I wasn't overly impressed. The check out was the worst. They totally try to up-sell everything and to top it off the lady printed the photo we didn't want! We were narrowing down our choices and before we chose which one we wanted to purchase she printed one without our permission. When we said we wanted the other one she said we'd have to pay an extra $15 for it...I think this was a scam. She was trying to get us to pay for both photos instead of one. Uncool business practice. I don't think I'd ever do one of these "old time" photo sessions again. read more

I wish there was a way to leave no stars!!! My husband and I took a friend out for her birthday yesterday and we went there, the fact that the staff was running around bearfoot should have been my first clue but i looked past that and asked to have a couple photos done. They couldn't get dresses or shoes the right size and the staff was rude especially a women by the name of Audrey! When we set up for the picture we were very uncomfortable in the pose they were trying to force on us yes we might have been indecisive but when we said what we wanted i was asked if i wanted a job application and when i said since im paying for it the photo should be what we want and she everything but told me to go screw myself!!! This is the best place to get an old time photo! While in town we decided to splurge and get the family photos we've wanted for so long. So we went in and meant some of the friendliest people! They had such fantastic energy and made everything so much fun for the entire family. We decided on the gangster motif for the pics and the employees really took pains to doll us all up to look like authentic gangsters! The kids found it to be so much fun to dress up and be goofy. The woman who took our pictures was hilarious and made the time spent so much fun. She was a great photographer who knew what she was doing with that camera. She took some amazing shots and we have a kiddo who is a bit camera and people shy and didn't want to get in the photo for anything. The photographer somehow got her to get in one of the photos of the family and made the pic we wanted come to life. We couldn't talk her into it for anything but, she put a suit jacket and fadora on her and got a quick couple shots with her in them also and I must say, it made us all so thrilled. The pic I have hanging in my living room now is priceless! I know her positive attitude made an impression on the kiddo and even she liked the pic! Every employee here was super friendly, helpful and so much fun. I truly recommended this company to get your photos done. It's a memory and experience that will last a lifetime. The kids thought it was dress up time and we got the memories in pictures to last a lifetime. Best time ever!!! read more
